  • Want My HD Setup Back!

    Just found out you can't go back to the HD app once you've migrated to Gen5 🙁 So disappointed in the Gen5 viewfinder. Not as big as in HD and zoom function is not as good. Can't stretch the image. Please fix the viewfinder! Lots of talk about this on Reddit.

    Hi, Thank you for the feedback on the viewfinder aspect ratio. We would like more info, including screen captures. If possible, please open a support ticket, with screen captures, and reference back to this feedback. We are also reviewing the comments and feedback posted on Reddit too! As for the zoom, I know the pinch-to-zoom is not active YET specifically in Landscape mode will be released soon, meanwhile the double tap to zoom is, at least on live view. We will look at the pinch-to-zoom functionality. Your feedback is going to make the new SkyBell App, even better than the HD app!

  • New features and

    I have 2 SkyBell devices (Trim2 and HD40). False triggers are almost non existent. Motion rules and motion zones (on the trim2) are great. Really like being able to see videos of family members coming and going.

  • So much better

    I have been a SkyBell user for years and this latest version is so much better. I’m happy to report that the false alerts have been significantly reduced! I love being able to change the colors on the button.

  • Non-Functional

    It works great until the “connect to the internet” screen, then it’s the endless wheel of death. At least the SkybellHD app would find my home wifi, and then tell me the wrong password was entered… repeatedly. Skybell is a joke, not funny. Looks like I have to buy an Arlo or a Ring, I know their apps work.
