I have been using their camera system for a few years now. I had not logged into the app in months and this morning I did. To my surprise it’s a complete revamp and is wonderful! Thanks for the investment in the app and making it easy to manage my account, photo, and multiple cameras!!BillyRay4735

Cuddeback
I would like to be able to click on one property an view them pics then click on another property an view those i dont care that the pics are jus separated by date an when they come in! Other then that i love the camerasGraber Whitetails
The app is not loading images
The whole purpose of getting this system was to be able to review the images on the application remotely. The application for some reason won’t load any of the 81 images it says are on the device. The interface is sluggish to the point it appears unresponsive. The app repeatedly crashed earlier today.
Be warned the camera system is more expensive than they list, really read the fine print.
Also, the user manual included with the camera claims it can take burst images or videos. The current online manual state the same. This is not true. I had to call customer support and they told me those modes were deactivated. I couldn’t believe the online manuals contained outdated information.
Also also, I attempted to update the firmware on the camera. The website directions state that you download the .zip file, open it, and install the files (contained within the .zip file) onto the camera. When I opened the .zip file there was a readme file that explicitly stated do not unzip the file and just use install the .zip file without unzipping it. So which is it?
I know the last two things have nothing to do with the application, but this system/product group is a mess. I can’t endorse any other brands (because I haven’t used them), but I would avoid this one.Show lessRandy N 6
Major Improvements
Pretty excited that cuddeback made improvements on their app. Everything is in one place and I can add my cells by using the app now. Thanks guys!Kaleb Greiner

New update works great
The new update really helped. Easy to view and sort pictures and can change settings without being at the cameras. Very pleasedjrod1222
APP is waaaaay better
New version is much improved. Better viewing, more tools, less glitchy. Like the multi-select option for easily dealing with groups of photos. Will be curious to see what new tools they can bring out moving into the future.ScubaDan1227
Does what it needs to
This new version is a major rework of the prior version. Image viewing is improved. I can search for images by camera or date or favorite and other criteria. It now can save images to the camera roll or send them to someone via email or text. Plus allows me to change settings of all cameras on my CuddeLink network. Overall a nice improvement from the prior version.Show lessMark8861
Glitchy. No excuse for this
This app has always been glitchy. Freezing when trying to save a photo is most common issue. Have to take screen shots to safe an image. Angers me when developers don’t use their products.WTCMEDIC911
