May have a problem liquidating

The platform is nice until you go to sell shares. I have been trying to liquidate a position and move into another for the last two months. I am unable to sell my shares even though they are past their minimum holding period. I’m beginning to wonder about this company.

This is a scam

If you deposit money. You will not be able to buy anything. And they won’t return your funds for 60days. I placed 3 orders, none of which were filled and requested they return my money as it’s just sitting in their app. I was not given my money back. I must wait 60 days to be rid of this scam. Please don’t waste your time with it.

You can find more information about this policy in our FAQ. Please understand that Ark7's platform is highly regulated by the SEC, and we are required to monitor account transactions for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism funding, and bad checks. Consequently, we have implemented the security policy of a 60-day freeze before you can withdraw your deposit from your Ark7 account. Regarding order fulfillment, it depends on the demand and supply in the secondary market. It may take some time to find the proper price and quantity to fulfill orders. Excellent Platform

I have been using this platform for a year now. I have seen my investment continue to grow every month and have seen a consistent 5% return. Buying and selling on the 2nd market is extremely easy and painless. My passive income has continued to grow each month. Great info provided for each property which is very beneficial and helps mitigate risk when investing in a property. If your looking for an alternative investment strategy or just to mix your investment portfolio without having to invest a lot of time researching look no further. Im here for the long haul!! Easy use, Easy investment

Can’t make money if you aren’t already rich

You need to be an accredited investor to use this app, which means earned yearly income over $200,00 or $300,000 with a spouse, or have a net worth over 1 million. Literally wouldn’t even let me buy a $100 share because the law says that because I’m not already rich, I’m not responsible enough with money to be able to handle the investment 🙄

Ark-7 Functional Space Investments

This app is extremely user friendly and useful for all interested in the stock market. Personally I have dipped my toes into that direction before but never fully gave the time to understand how essential this new idea can become for communities all over the states!

No payout

I’ve been using this platform since fall or 2022. I made .04 TOTAL this year on 2 properties. The last earnings I received were in February if 2023. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask why no earnings after February if this year, but have gotten no response. I also am unable to seem to sell what I invested in. Glad I didn’t invest more.

Swag bucks people beware

They make you spend 20 hard to get back and the roi is as low a 4 percent apy bank account stay away from this app and save up for your own investment properties instead of finding someone else’s.

Don't use it unless you don't expect to cash out right away.

I've been told I can sell it after one year of purchase. However, the fact is I can't. You only see the 'buy' button without a 'sell' button. You need to send an email to the support team, and they explained that they just cannot support the 'sell' function right now. They suggested either an internal sale or transferring the property share to another. If you agree to an internal sale, they will ask for your price and not guarantee how long it will take. If you agree to a transfer, congratulations! You'll need to wait another year to resell it.

Some properties may take a longer time to launch on the secondary market, depending on their unique characteristics. Once it is launched on the secondary market, you will see the "sell" button.
