You don't need to earn $200K to invest in Ark7. We have launched a selection of "Open to All" properties, including Single Family Houses, Townhouses, and Condos in Arizona City, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, and Tempa, which are available for non-accredited investors. But the return is about the same as putting cash into something like a Wealthfront cash account…and that cash is more liquid. Is there a way to achieve a higher return than Wealthfront without an Ark7+ account?
