Where is the option to delete account/profile ? See many options asking for info even though I said I do not meet the criteria and from what I read I can not make purchases . Do not understand why the process of information collection is pursued even though you can’t use the app anyway . Need to delete my account and information before I delete the app but there are no visible options from what I see .

Ark7 investments are available to U.S. citizens or residents above the age of 18. There're different opportunities open to non-accredited or accredited investors.
In case you still do want to delete your profile, we do provide such function in the App for users to delete their data. You can find this function from: the Me tab > Settings > Login and Security > Delete My Account.

1. When you invest in a rental property on Ark7, you become a shareholder of a registered series LLC that owns a specific property. Ark7 does all of the hands-on work so that you enjoy passive income without any of the usual hassles.
2. As Ark7 is also a part-owner of each property on the platform, our financial goals are aligned; we strive to improve management efficiency to lower maintenance costs and maximize returns for all investors.
3. Each property has homeowner insurance and each tenant is required to have renter’s insurance, which covers most of the losses during property management.
4. In extreme cases, any capital losses not covered by the insurance will be distributed among all shareholders of the property.
