Grand Wagoneer

When I got my GW I immediately downloaded the app so I could start it with out having to use the key remote. But after a while it stop working. I went to the dealership and the manger told me to delete the app and re install it. But once I did that the option to turn on my GW did not appear anymore along with other features. The app is pretty much useless for me now.

Concerned

Iโ€™m loving my Grand Wagoneer itโ€™s got Moxie. But Iโ€™m very concerned because of all the problems that Iโ€™ve been hearing and reading about. Which I thought maybe myth until yesterday. I got a notification that my Battery was below the required charging voltage requirement. A lot of the problems Iโ€™ve read about seems to have something to do with Uconnect. The reason Iโ€™m saying this is because it was a week before I activated Uconnect. There were no problems until I activated services a day ago. I was going to go with the Lincoln Navigator I hope I did not make a mistake as Iโ€™ve never had any trouble with any of my Jeeps.

Works some of the time.

The engine start works but the unlock doesnโ€™t.

Donโ€™t believe this. Making an appointment is ridiculous, if you can even get one without waiting weeks. But I shouldnโ€™t be so crass, it already has 251 miles on it

Overall the app is nice and helpful and gives good information and has decent functionality. However the requirement to enter the security pin constantly is incredibly annoying. What is worse is that the function to enable Face ID (rather than using the security pin) does not persist. Every time this is enabled, by me or my wife, it is reset at some point in the future.

Face ID Issues

Every other day I have to enable Face ID because for some reason, it just disables itself. Also, having an app support option would make sense.

App always needs updates before can use

Every time I try to use the app to start the vehicle I must 1st update the app then redo all the log in info. By the time I get this done Iโ€™ll be at my vehicle or close enough the remote works.
It would be nice if there was consistency to sp work and notifications when the Spp needs updates.

Features donโ€™t work

Downloaded the app on 2 different phones. All info like mileage and fuel level show to be correct, however remote start, door locks, etc doesnโ€™t work on either phone. Pretty frustrating
