App doesn’t allow to sign in
I get an error message saying the server timed out try again. I can’t find help for this issue anywhere.Jorgey76

Don’t waste your money on this scale! It’s nowhere near accurate! I can’t find a way to even reset it. I weight the same thing every time I weigh right down to the ounce. And it’s 6 lbs too high. Bought through my OTC and it’s junk!foneLm#101
Looks good but might need some improvements
I like the interface as it is easy to navigate, and I’m only primarily using it for the weight scale. One thing I noticed is that it uploads alll the weight data to apple for all users. Maybe there needs to be an uodate to designate which user’s data gets uploaded, or maybe just the primary user’s data. I got confused when my other connected apps suddenly congratulated me for loosing so much weight, and it turns out it was my wife’s meadurements that got lumped in with the upload.
Same with others, I had issues registering when I was connected to my AT&T wifi. I just turned of wifi and connected to my mobile data for a moment until the registration was completed.
Also, there seems to be a bug with the date picker for the birthday. You select a date and the summary displays the day before. Totally weird, but moving the date picker a day forward is a viable workaround.Show lessRjaetea
Blood pressure data
This app is a good, easy to set up. Like many who wrote reviews, the blood pressure does not sync. A update is needed to fix this portion of the app. Once this is done, I would highly recommend this app along with any BWell products. Please update the blood pressure to sync with Apple Health.Reafhy
No issues
I’m not sure what everyone else has happening. But I was able to register my account and log in with absolutely zero issues. Been using the app for a month now with no problems connecting to my devices. Love the app and especially the scaleYotaYak
The app is my issue
I recently purchased the Bwell health monitors 3 pcs. Everything was working well, until recently! I’ve checked blood pressure, temperature, and used the oximeter three times a day. But lately the app always give me errors automatically signs me out and not able to get back in it, which is very frustrating!!! I’m not satisfied with the app at allShow lessAmorina81
Do not spend your money on this
App just doesn’t work. It doesn’t let you verify your email and keep saying “server has no response”. I just hate it!!!!!!dana9319

The registration screen would not let me advance beyond the final entry point. Although it said my nickname is registered when I try to login the error message is: “account not found”.
Without the app this an expensive scale they just indicates weight. Don’t waste your money.Bose add
Doesn’t update blood pressure to apple health
Got it to work for some of the devices and I bought them all. The scale works great and uploads right away. And also updates to health.
Except for adding the blood pressure and oxygen data to Apple health. That doesn’t work. It only works to within the app but I tried everything and it won’t sync that to Apple. The oxygen also doesn’t update to health.
Note:For those who have problems with verification for email registration I had that same issue. Turns out my ATT wifi router blocks bwell website! My wife found out all the firewall blocks our wifi was blocking on the Bwell request. So you really have to do some checks on your wifi settings.Show lesscosgm1
Works well with scale
I think most of the registration issues are from attempting to use a nickname that some other user in the world has used. Try enter a unique nickname. I agree the registration screens are confusing.
I wish I could manually update BP and blood oxygen without having to purchase special devices.JacksonPaPa
