Works but simple
It will not help you set it up but use a unique username (it won’t tell you your username is not unique it just won’t let you advance if it’s not) and follow the instructions and it works. I only got the thermometer, the blood pressure, and the oximeter. The forehead thermometer seems to work as good as any (which says little since they are notoriously inaccurate). The blood pressure and oximeter seemed to be pretty close to what I get at the doctor. The blood pressure monitor actually grabbed and displayed the time and date from my phone which surprised me. Everything paired easily. It does appear that the app is made to look more sophisticated than it is.
Just found out it syncs the data with the apple health app. I think I might have to switch to 4 starsShow lessE t h a n K .

i received the code via email but when i click done it just says nickname saved but wont do anything else. it just stays on that screen!!!paige0057

So Bad, Two Out of Three Devices Did Not Work Out of the Box
1. The Blood Pressure monitor kept throwing “Err 2” (Too much movement / Interference) even when I didn’t move at all. I could not get it to work at all including once it went to 220mmHg and stayed there for over 15 seconds (Had to remove the cuff to prevent my circulation being cut off for that long). I never got even 1 reading from it.
2. The Infrared thermometer gave me one result and then subsequent attempts kept displaying “Error A” which is the ambient temperature is unstable and try again in 30 minutes. I can’t even fathom what would trigger that in a comfortable 70°F home.
3. The app is not that great. I was able to create an account but the nickname for the primary user is your login info. After pairing the device, you have to make sure to start the readings before using the device or it will not record your results. At least that’s how the oximeter worked. Can’t use the app
Won’t let me verify my email. Says server cannot connect. Not server issue, it’s an app issue. BWell, maybe you should spend a little more on developing your applications that you say will work with the scale. Kind of false advertising if you ask me.Momhighness

Works great!
I didn’t have any problems getting the app to work on my iPad. I’m using the app with their smart scale and so far no problems. The app is very useful and gives a lot of info with the scale.Darla4160

Doesn’t work
App won’t continue to profile after entering registration info, it just asks for the same info over and over. Tried to contact customer support and the phone just rings, no answer, no option to talk to someone online. So….basically uselessMomof3Blessingsnj
