Great Design, Barely Listenable
Updated app, updated firmware, can’t watch videos or listen to music without dropping audio EVERY 90 SECONDS. Infuriating since I bought these especially to watch movies/shows at night without disturbing my partner. Completely distracting, takes me out of the show, I miss dialogue…useless. Tried submitting help ticket and got no help and then they just closed it without resolving. Too bad because the design is so nice. No wonder! Constant Bluetooth failures, buds aren't loud enough
I really wanted to like these. The Bluetooth connection constantly drops, and that's across 2 phones that otherwise never have Bluetooth issues. The longest I've gone without it dropping is 30 min and that was when they were brand new. Now they drop every 90 seconds to 3 minutes.
They also never got loud enough and the stupid touch controls can't be turned off. You can turn off SOME of them, but only temporarily.

Finally a sound that I can relate to, plenty of highs, bass and volume, they hold their own to the top line of Sony.

no joke. i haven’t been paid to say any of this on this here review. these EARBUDS ARE jus better then my apple pro buds. at $99 dollars they are a steal. THe noise cancellation is jus as good 👍🏼. the volume control on the outside of the headphones i love!!! thank you. WOW!!!Cuttymac2001
Right earbud stopped working after 2nd week
I wanted to fall in love with these earphones with it’s comfortable and sleek design but the pointless firmware updates and the fact mine were rendered useless after 2 weeks makes me not trust the anymore. I’m not the only one with these kinds of issues and that says something about the quality of these earbuds.Show lessThereaper2.0

AirPods Pro competitor
I’ve had mine for a day or so, and I just had a connection issue. But when I did the firmware update, all was well again.
There are simple equaliser controls in the app, as well as in the Music section in iOS settings, which makes for a big variety of sound.
For the money, these are almost as good as the AirPods Pro, which are twice the price, so these are very good value.
I like the transparent design and comfort. They are easy to wear and don’t fall out.
All in all, a very good set of earphones!! Buy them, and do the update.Show lessWorkshopbear
