Completely broken
When I tried to install the new "firmware update," the app hit me with a prompt asking me to put my earphones in the case. After doing so multiple times, it still hasn't, and won't give me the option to select "confirm."

5 minutes after writing and posting the previous statement, despite both earbuds having at least 50% charge, both stopped functioning. After checking the bluetooth and configuring my sound settings, I can no longer hear any music, or any audio coming out of any speaker. While can hear the sound effects letting me know I've changed transparency settings, I can only hear them out of my left earphone. Please, just buy something reliable, like some Airpods or whatever Sony has released. At this point, even the Raycons would be a better choice.Show lessJohn - Madden

Great start, but soon wish I had gone Apple
I was very early adopter and love the styling. However, effective operational battery life started out disappointing, less than 2.5 hours, even when on low noise cancelling setting. But good clear sound and fit.
Within 6 months the battery life has noticeable dropped off. Now I struggle to hold a Teams call of greater than 30mins without one or both buds running out of juice! ShameShow lessHelp Me! Please! 👍

Issue with updates
Every time an update is completed, the left ear always doesn’t work. I have remove and re-pair it to work again. This is nothing compared to AirPods Pro.Disapppinted123456
Sound disconnected
Everything I liked so far. Design, style etc. However, the biggest problem is sound disconnected so frequently. I use iphone and I thought it’s because of my phone quality. But even the new model of iphone has lots of disconnectivity. It makes me buying other brand and it’s also makes me hesitate buying released Nothing’s new phone.Show lesschanhongmin

Ive been wanting yall earbuds nothing 1 for a while i remember when yall came out the white ones and then the black ones and now i have the black ones and overall they are amazing noise cancelation is amazing and music is awsome to jam on! Love it !! Worth getting these and the app awsome as wellMdz301

works great. does everything you need, no more no less. the app compliments the earbuds well and i wish more earbuds had apps, especially budget ones. going above and beyond. BUT i do wish you could toggle the noise earbuds make when you tap a command. I don’t really wanna hear that every time i pause or play my music. Np though ykShow lessKILLER MEEMSTAR
Support for product is Lacking User beware
Having a problem right out of the box with one of the ear buds. Trying to get support to fix it. No one to talk to directly.
Reaching out via email is not much better. You will need your order number and the firmware version. Of course, there is no guidance as to how to get that information since this was a gift. Seems an awful lot like this company has no intention of supporting their products At All.Show lessN Porcello

I love my nothing earbuds. Low price for solid AirPods Pro alternative. I do wish that noise cancellation is a little stronger, and I would like integration with Siri Shortcuts so I can say “Hey Siri, turn in noise cancellation” or something similar.lukedaturtleman
