  • Great service, app needs help

    I’ve had my Tesla for two years now. The car was brand new when I picked it up and it was so easy. The hardest part was the $5900 startup fee which included first months payment, taxes and a “down payment” on a car you don’t actually own. My payment was as advertised, under $500 per month plus CA state sales tax.

    The car has been great, they take credit cards for payment so you get your points, and everything appears above board. There are just a few minor issues.

    The car is registered to a fleet company. Some
    Insurance companies supposedly will not insure you unless your name is on the title so you won’t be able to get insurance from those companies. The other issue is that their systems are a bit missed up. I frequently get CC declined errors each month but then go check and it says my card was charged. The app has issues logging in most times and they also want you to always provide location data which is not cool. I don’t want anyone tracking my phone. They can already track me from the Tesla car itself so there is zero reason for them to also track my phone when I’m not driving the Tesla!

    Overall, everyone I have talked to at the office is very nice and responsive. I am happy with the service and will continue keeping the car for a while because it’s just an amazing car.

  • Good product bad app

    I’ve been using autonomy for almost two years now, and I love the concept and the product.

    However, the app is just awful. It kicks you out all the time and treats you like a new user. Now, it shows me “permission denied” when I try to login in. Almost every month I’m getting messages that there’s an issue with a payment on their end, and the app keeps showing errors. It’s been going on for the whole time I’ve used it.
    I work in tech, and I design products with tech teams. This looks to me very bad as far as UX goes and just the fact that every month there’s an issue makes me very disappointed as a customer.

  • Scam

    You give them a $100 deposit Then they have no vehicles available and when you finally ask for your money back they tell you it’s not a deposit but a “non refundable order fee “ Yet they have no cars to order 😂 They will call u and hurass you for months send you links to vehicles and when u click on the link it’s unavailable and they will tell you oh sorry they go fast It’s a total joke

  • Easy service

    I worked with Frank to pickup my car at BMW Mountain View. It was a great experience and I love the Tesla so far. However, I did get a dirty car with writing on it. I had to take it to the car wash and remove the dust. The writing was very difficult to get off. Next time please give customers a spotless vehicle. Service was good but cat wasn’t clean.

    I’m here to say this is a great program. It was a process getting the car but we’ll worth it. Frank customer service was impeccable and was sure to show us how to fully work the car before driving off. Thank you Frank and the autonomy team.
  • Waaay longer delivery timeframe than told

    Subscribed in late June 2022. Approved in early July 2022. Was told it would take about 3-4 weeks for delivery. Here we are going into month 4 and still no car. We were told on Sept 27th that the car is in and we would be contacted in 3-5 business days to schedule delivery and here we are 11 business days later and no scheduling for delivery yet. Disappointed to say the least.

  • Awesome service!!

    This is by far the best rental experience I have ever had! Customer service is fast and responsive. The communication is great and you never feel left to figure it. I highly recommend the service. I will use this service again in the future.
  • Good price, great service, and an awesome car - what more do you want?!?!

    I have been a subscriber for a couple of months now. Despite the crazy demand, the customer service team made me feel ‘wanted’ as a customer. That is a huge deal, as it’s becoming increasingly stressful for companies with limited supply to keep customer happy. The app is very good too - as a one stop shop for most things, and the whole process is fairly transparent. I don’t like unwanted surprises when buying things, and so this whole experience has been a pleasant surprise for me so far. Strongly recommend Autonomy!

  • Best deal and just way too easy.

    I got lucky. My car broke down for good at the worst time possible. After searching for weeks and finding nothing but overpriced new and used cars, I stumbled upon AUTONOMY while searching the inter-web. ‘This deal is too good to be true’, I thought. One should also note, I despise online shopping. But okay, I was in a pickle, I’ll try. I submitted my selfie and put down the $100 deposit. I swear not more than a week later there was a Tesla dropped off in my driveway, (at the time it was a 6 month wait for a Tesla from Tesla) not only that, Denny, whom I had the pleasure of working with, was extremely helpful, responsive and thorough. I am still in disbelief of how easy this was. I love the car, the service, the app. Thank you Autonomy!🙏🏻

  • The Best Car getting Experience

    Everything quick, easy and flexible without any long term commitment while I’m paying the same as if it’s a 3 year lease! I’m enjoying driving Tesla 3 while waiting on my Cyber truck. Great service and great team - thanks so much!
