This company is next level!! I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend these guys! Every step of the process was smooth and the communication was on point. The car I got was in perfect condition and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and super friendly! Customer service was awesome!
Very happy with autonomy this is such a great option and worked so well for me not wanting to finance a car at this time! Quick easy approval and was in my Tesla quick and easy without all the paperwork! Denny and Todd were great keeping me posted on my car arriving I was very happy with the customer service. Every time I called in with questions all the agents were great! Pick up day was easier than I imagined. I felt very comfortable driving off with my Tesla after Frank helped me get set up in car. Frank helped me learn everything I needed to know about car. The whole process is great and I’m so happy with my Tesla! Hoping to have option to purchase car or add more option for miles as I’m really happy with car and plan to stay in it for a long time! Meanwhile the subscription is such a great way! Easy and quick experience
Just got my Tesla today. Took a few weeks, but that’s because the shipments from Tesla have been taking a while. Was so impressed with entire experience. Michael was very helpful once my car came in and Frank was exceptional today—got there extra early for me, walked me through everything and made it comfortable and east. I was in and out in 30 minutes (and that included a quick drive with Frank to make sure I was comfortable with the Tesla). I’m used to spending a half day at the dealership—this was unlike anything I experienced before (even faster than a rental car company). Love the business model from consumer’s perspective and excited to see where Autonomy goes from here.Show lessmattyseigz

Not pleased
The app and website allows you to reserve your Tesla, credits your deposit then fails to let you proceed. It asks for your phone number to sign into your reservation then loads until an error message appears prompting you to try again later. The support team has been helpful working to resolve the issue, however even after the most recent update on 5/3/22. The same error is occurring when signing into your reservation. (I’m on iOS 15.4.1) for now I will have to give the app a negative review due to the unpleasant experience.Show lessjsup14
Amazing delivery from Autonomy
Just got my Tesla Model 3 today from Autonomy. Great experience with delivery specialist Frank. Very knowledgeable walk me through everything about the car.
