Subscribe instead of Leasing!
I had cancelled my order leasing a Tesla because Autonomy gets you a Tesla FASTER and CHEAPER w/ no commitment and long-term debt.
If I had stuck with my initial plan obtaining a Tesla, I would have needed to wait 6 months for the most basic Model 3 LR (no upgrades) and pay more than I do subscribing to Autonomy with which I got a Model 3 LR (upgraded wheel and in RED) in just 2 weeks!
The company is still in its start-up days so communication can be a little bit shaky, but it’s much better than Tesla’s team that ghosts you very often.
Tip: If you are interested in a Long Range/Performance, call and ask! You might get your car even sooner :DShow lesscolbscao
Autonomy is legit
I don’t early adopt anything. I was skeptical about getting an autonomy subscription, but found their model low risk given the deposit was 100% refundable. I provided the necessary information, paid the deposit, and had a Tesla Model 3 delivered to my home within 3 weeks. I’ve had the car about a month now; so far, all is well!Show lessM. Earl

Incredible experience and great customer service
Blown away by the entire experience with autonomy. Was able to apply and request my Tesla Model 3 via the app. Every time I’ve called or had a question, the team are very easy to reach and always answer promptly. I had a brand new Tesla delivered to me in San Francisco, and the team spent time with me on the phone to explain how to drive it and use all the features. 1 month in and loving it! Highly recommend. This app is so easy to use!!! I signed up in 15 minutes. I picked out the color of my car, uploaded all pertinent information without any difficulty. The information is always easy to find, easy to update. If you ever have questions call the contact number and help is readily available. Super easy process
Autonomy made getting a new car so easy. It took less than a week to get my new Tesla and only around 30 minutes to pick it up. The whole process was extremely easy and they provided excellent customer service every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with Autonomy!Julie OC

Fine initially, terrible after payment
Autonomy started off fine, with many touch points and good commutation. Once I paid and had a car, suddenly every issue (including things that were wrong with the car from pickup) became “call Tesla and ask for help”, which of course is a joke. Every time you call you will be told a support person “will call you right back” just to get you off the line, then you’ll receive a text saying they can’t help but “sorry for the inconvenience”. Terrible experience as someone payment $800/month for a broken car and a shrug. Be prepared to do a cc chargeback.Show lessNoneblank
Fantastic - the way car leasing should be
The Autonomy team has been very responsive from the time I started communicating with them; my car arrived within a week of finalizing my application and when I decided to have it delivered instead of doing the pick up in Santa Monica, it came to my door within 10 days!
