Outstanding service
I usually never put reviews online but for this one I needed to share. The service is outstanding, especially considering it’s still a recent startup l. I got my Tesla within a few weeks and it’s brand new (I am the first driver). Considering that buying a Tesla now can take up to 6months-1 year I felt very lucky. Very responsive client service, every single question is taken care of. The delivery was supervised by Luis and it went really great, so smooth and he will help you at any time or hour. Really really impressed. They just got themself a loyal customer for months/year to come. Thank you Autonomy, and so great to how flexible the whole service is. Great service, buggy app
I’m very impressed with autonomy. The service has been amazing. Everyone was so good at communicating and making this transaction easy. My delivery was earlier than expected with complete care and professionalism.
The app needs some work. I kept getting “null customer data” when trying to get to the next stage at various points during the application and vehicle selection. This was resolved over the phone and seemingly done outside the application.

In the beginning, I was skeptical. Too easy to be true, but it is real; autonomy is a great deal, and people who work with them are very professional. I highly recommend Autonomy if you want to lease a Tesla. So many advantages to lease with Autonomy. The fees and the connection to my bank through Autonomy’s app it was a little scary, but It is part of the process. Awesome Customer Support
I had a great experience with Autonomy. They kept in touch with me weekly to keep me updated on the status of my Tesla. They also had their software team immediately help with any hiccups I encountered in the app. Lastly, Frank was awesome to work with when I picked up my car. The whole pickup experience took about 15 minutes and he helped me get the car setup to my liking before driving off. I want to congratulate Autonomy on their outstanding service. In particular surprising considering what these people do! Think, car salesman.,…. As a rule I am a skeptic of buying anything on line. The people at autonomy; Chad, Todd, eliminated every single doubt, concern. Why? Because they were available for me, answered every question thru out initial processing. Thank goodness for MAGS warm reception. A big shout out to Frank who assisted me at pick up of my brand new Tesla. He is a sweetheart a true gentleman and provided the patience I needed.
