Great fitness app. Takes the stress out of what workout to choose each day. The instructors are exceptional! Amazing supportive online community. Highly recommend for those wanting to achieve and maintain a functional level of fitness.
Best workouts ever!!
I started following PJ on You Tube and was immediately hooked so it was only natural to join Over Fifty Fitness. The variety of the workouts fits everyone’s needs and the monthly calendars takes the guess work out of what should I do today. Last the various challenges push me beyond what I think I’m capable of and give me a pure sense of achievement.

Great workouts!
OFF gives you a multitude of workouts no matter what your fitness level is. There is variety of ways to choose a workout- by level (beginner, intermediate, etc), area of focus (core, lower body, upper body), with equipment or body weight only. Want to stretch or work on mobility? They have you covered. User friendly interface. You can’t go wrong by choosing to workout with OFF. OBTW- there’s monthly calendars to follow along, and challenges to keep it interesting.

Great selection
I always enjoy a PJ workout (well except for burpees). Great selection of videos for any time and any level.
The best workout app
The workouts in this I program are great! The variety of workouts is plentiful. PJ keeps you on your toes and laughing. The workouts may seem to be easy and short, but I promise you they are challenging and will make a difference if you are diligent. The workouts are friendly to changing bodies after 40. I’m 48 and it’s a perfect fit. Don’t overthink it, just do it!

I’m so happy I discovered PJ and this wonderful and well priced fitness app. Everything I need (and much more) is at my fingertips and haven’t yet found a workout that I don’t love. I can always find the perfect workout no matter how I’m feeling on any day. The instructors are clear and easy to follow and I’m enjoying the opportunity to try new things that I otherwise wouldn’t have tried. I usually go for strength and HIIT style workouts but have been really enjoying much needed mobility workouts as well as Pilates and Barre -definitely FIVE STARS

I started following PJ on YouTube and really enjoyed the workouts & her! I decided to give the app a try & love it! I like that I can search what I want/or feel my body needs. I like the calendar for the month, and that I can save whatever video I want in my library. No ads is a plus too!
Love this app!
OFF is great for women who want to get fitter. In 3-4 months, I’ve lost weight, I feel stronger and my muscles are toned. I exercise nearly every day and love the challenges on the app. I like the variety of exercise provided. PJ and team motivate me to exercise & I enjoy the Ask PJ series too. The FB community is very supportive. Do get this app if you want to get fitter!

So glad I joined
I love having the calendar of thoughtfully curated workouts. The instructors are encouraging and challenging and the variety is great. I don’t have to spend time on YouTube searching for workouts—I just go to the app and I’m ready to go. It is like having a specialist trainer 24/7!
