Love PJs work outs. I’m 63 and determined to keep mobile and strong. I was a runner now walker. Also exercising in my basement. PJ keeps me motivated and interested. I have not gotten board since joining over fifty fitness in November of 2022. Thank you PJ for you enthusiasm and tips. Love the prompting to keep form and the occasional swear word. Keeps me motivated and on track
I love the Over 50 app. I can always find a great workout, no matter how much or little time I have, and what my focus is. Or, if I have no ideas at all, I can browse til something pops out at me. PJ is my favorite!
Very pleased
I’m really enjoying these varied workouts. PJ is a knowledgeable instructor and as a result of following her program, I am definitely seeing results! And not bored! A gold nugget I found was the Qi Gong. A very appreciated and relaxing compliment to use any time throughout my day. (How do I access more of Alex’s program?) I’m looking forward to becoming acquainted with upcoming challenges and instructors.

So glad I joined…
I have been a member for several months now and I think more than ever this was a great investment. PJ is so knowledgeable and keeps it interesting and motivating by all the variety and information about “why” we need to do these various exercises and “how” to do them (or substitutions). No longer am I spending time scrolling through YouTube to find a workout…just tap the app and I’m ready to go. Bravo PJ and team!

Best Trainers Ever
Over Fifty Fitness is amazing! There are so many programs to choose from. I especially like the challenges. I just go to the next day and my workout is ready to go. No thinking, no searching.

I have been doing on-line workout routines since 2020. I love PJ’s challenging workouts- they make me feel strong and alive! Love not having to think about what routine to do with the monthly calendar and the recipe options. I am so happy I invested in joining this community!
Great workouts!
OFF gives you a multitude of workouts no matter what your fitness level is. There is variety of ways to choose a workout- by level (beginner, intermediate, etc), area of focus (core, lower body, upper body), with equipment or body weight only. Want to stretch or work on mobility? They have you covered. User friendly interface. You can’t go wrong by choosing to workout with OFF. OBTW- there’s monthly calendars to follow along, and challenges to keep it interesting.

I wish I had found PJ’s program sooner!
I have always been physically active, but my body was getting broken down more than it was getting stronger because the bootcamps and women’s programs I did were geared more towards the younger crowd. I had aged out of the target audience. It was a fluke that I found PJ’s program, and I wish I had found her sooner! Her program includes so much more than just her workouts, but PJ is why I do OFF. As we get older some of us have chronic injuries or osteoporosis, and PJ makes that the focus for her workouts. Her workouts are just as intense and challenging, but she knows what our bodies should and shouldn’t be doing. We can get stronger as we age without walking around in pain every day from our workouts. All you need are some weights and a mat. If you show up with that, she can make it work. I’ve already bought heavier weights twice since working with her. It’s easy to make time for Over Fifty Fitness every day. Thanks, PJ! Keep doing you!

Over fifty fitness
I absolutely love this app, no need to plan my workouts, I just follow the calendar for each month. PJ is amazing and I love her sense of humour, it’s also a bonus having the other instructors and a chance to try something different.

I am continually impressed with this app and the programs PJ offers. I love the variety of instructors, the variety of classes and all the added learning bonuses and recipes. The monthly calendars make working out effectively and consistently simple as do some great challenge series. I’ve followed PJ for many years and truly appreciate her no none-sense and genuine approach that empowers you and draws out your strength - all with fun, humour and camaraderie. Thank you for a wonderful, all in-one app that helps me be fit and strong!!
