Fees everywhere
I opened this HSA 4 months ago and paid $30 in fees for this bad custodian to store my HSA funds. This service drains more money from your HSA than it benefits you. There’s $2.50 monthly fees for account balance under $1,000 + $2.50 fees for any investment of HSA funds + $5 fee anytime you pay a provider. The customer service team tells you “tough luck” if one these fees are charged by mistake. I never recovered the fees that were incorrectly billed. Using this service is not fiscally responsible.

Poor for HSA, Terrible for HSA
Our company has an HSA account and an FSA account, with the medical deductible on the FSA. This app doesn’t let you choose between the HSA or FSA like the form we can email.
It always applies claims to the FSA until that money is gone. Then it denies all claims. It also doesn’t apply any FSA claims towards the deductible. Then you have to call support to correct the issues.
While the app, like the website, lets you look at your accounts, its useless for claims if you have an HSA and deductible.
The form is insecure if sent by email. The app would be preferable and secure if it worked.Show lessBrian of Ardagh
Password inconsistencies
The password I use to log into the WEBSITE does not work when trying to log into the APP.
Obviously, this is problematic.
