  • Huge headache

    The way they operate their systems is a huge pain. I’m having to constantly call because expenses are pulled from my FSA instead of my HRA. The app is very limited in what you can upload and provide documentation for. I wish my company would use a different service instead of Payprime.
  • Find a better service, maybe an HSA.

    The app is a joke. The company is a bigger joke. IT’S YOUR MONEY that get put into this account. When you want to use your money for medical items that are FSA approved, they do whatever it takes to say no and not pay. They against the governments FSA rules. They try to dictate where you can use YOUR money, and it’s at the FSA store they approve! Yes, the items there are 3-4x the price of other FSA approved items on other sites. That’s why they want you to submit receipts so they can decline the purchase. They kept refusing my eye glass receipt because it was not itemized. They asked me several questions about the brand, what type of eyeglass material, etc. Then they proceeded to tell me this and that would not be covered. I told them I’ll be cancelling my acct for the new year. The amount I was getting taken out of my paycheck each week will not change my taxes. I’ll get the money in my check and I’ll go back to putting that extra money in an HSA account I already have and let the interest continue to build up.

  • Buggy and painful to use app.

    This app is painfully bad. The credentials never work correctly with faceID and errors out constantly and then you have to reset your password every time you try to use it. The app is buggy and extremely basic. I expect better quality.
  • Takes too long

    I enrolled in this program three years ago and until this new transition. It takes too long to get refunded and it takes too long to get results from customer service. All of this when nothing has changed for as the client.

    Very Easy to use flexible spending account. No problems. Quick transactions.

    The app is very confusing to use. Much less user friendly than the previous app
  • Receipts Bad Format

    You cannot delete a receipt of you uploaded wrong thing. Can only add 4 receipts and then can’t add anything else. NO DELETE OPTIONS
  • Works sometimes

    Old version of the app was far superior. This system wide “update” took them back a solid 20 years of user interface.
  • Lazy app design and a lack of company support

    Company has no useful support on the phone, changes app and policies midway thru a benefit year, and due to no phone support will not assist you getting into new app when the mistake is on their end. Ended up taking nearly 4 months to get into new app and multiple calls waiting for over an hour on hold to talk to a rep that had been there only a few weeks and could not help.

    The app is like warm to ok. It logs you out mid filing of a claim cause I type to slow apparently.

    If entering the same info but for different dates it could have an option to start partially filled out, but no. It could allow the same receipt to be used for multiple claims (a quarterly statement for example) but nope you just re upload it each time.

    Basically lazy minimalist designed app and no back end support when it has issues.
