  • Code not sent

    I’ve tried to login to my account on the app. Rent the code like 8 times. Will not send to me. This I can’t use the app or even look at my account
  • Would give negative stars if possible

    You cannot link a bank account. Myself and several others have had the same issue

    The whole process of setting up my account and getting the card activated was SUPER smooth. Took me about 2 minutes tops end to end. This card is now my go to card for both online and in store payments. Great rewards!

  • Nothing Works

    Between me and two others none of us have been able to link our banks to the app, I’m assuming it’s some kind of scam operation, would not recommend to anyone

    We’re so sorry that you weren’t able to link your bank! That’s never the experience we want for our customers. If your bank does not link, we do not retain any of your financial information. We’re happy to work with you and provide the qualifications for eligible banks to see if we can get you up and running, so drop us a note at support@imprint.co.
