Two years and no update?
Two years and no update? You can’t be serious. These bulbs are not perfect - there should be updates!!! I am constantly loosing connectivity with the bulbs and have to reset and reconnect almost every month. As soon as I scan and find a bulb, it disappears and the app tells me it’s not connected again. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and I have never had anyone adequately solve the issues. If I could just replace all my Sengled bulbs with a different brand, I would.Show lesskavabuggy2
Use Alexa app not this app
A lot of people are having trouble connecting this to Alexa. DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS APP. It is much more convenient to hit the + button in the upper right in the Alexa app and then “add device” chose the light and hit the Sengled skill. When it asks if your bulb is Bluetooth his yes. You may need to reset the bulb by turning on and off 20 times. It will immediately find your bulb and connect. Simply add it to the group you want and your all set after 3 minutes.

Bug fixes needed with share app feature
The share app feature does not work and Technical support said today they are working on fixing the bug. The QRCode app transfers the lights to another phone but they don’t work. The family can not have control of lights right now. Only one phone can until this is fixed.Jr.Deacon
Stupid
There’s a color spectrum to choose the color you want but no default standard colors. If you want RED they make you choose what ever you feel what red looks like. Once you choose a shade good luck trying to make the other light bulbs look the same shade. This is STUPID.gongora714
Doesn’t work
I had this bulb for awhile but had not tried it yet. I decided to give it a shot and it doesn’t connect to the bulb. I turned the light on and off 5 times as instructed and it still did not connect.JuBaby40
Trash
Not enough features. No way to control them all at once. No setting for a color grid instead of sliding it along a color spectrum. No setting for it to transition through all the colors by it’s self. Very basic and boring. Waste of money. Won’t buy from them again. The cheaper bulbs I had before these were way more vibrant plus brighter and came with a remote that had various light features on it. Worst app ever!!!
Keeps telling me" Firmware upgrade needed" so I let it supposedly download then it says it again and I download yet again and boom it says it again I log out log in and boom firmaware upgrade needed smh I can't even use this crappy app or their stupid lights I'm gonna buy some different ones and take the L don't be like me!!! 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️Show lesslamarburns
So far so good
It connected with the bulb in less than couple of minutes which is a bit long, but I can set up the time to switch it on and off and adjust to the color I want.Jeeeeeeeez
Colors change when you have 2 bulbs together
This is my first time trying the bt version of Sengled. I have two of them together in the same lamp. After pairing the bulbs if I change for example both to rbight white they both cnage to blue. If you turn off and on with white then it comes back ln as blue. Other colors that change are red for yellow etc. both bulbs up to date. The bulbs seem to not want to stay either yellow or white. All the colors work fine I believe. I tried w Alexa and then this app. Both of them give me the same issue. Tried deleting and restarting them and same issue.Show lessCarlangaman
App is not well thought out!
This app is bad. Shared lightbulb cannot be controlled by the shared account..... only master account can control.yu2749luca
