    I would like to give a gigantic shout out and thank you to the Staples Boise Store on Eagle and Chinden! Everyone in that store is always duper friendly, courteous, and helpful. And I cannot say enough wonderful kudos to their Printing/Design Department - specifically Alexis and Madelyn! They consistently provide the gold standard in customer service and go above and beyond for their customers, regardless of the size of the project. Professional quality and excellent service. THANK YOU!

  • Staples store Great Falls Montana

    I can’t begin to say enough good stuff about that store. I’m fretted every time I walk through the door. The employees are Always pleasant and eager to help throughout the store. The Copy Center is my all time favorite place for when I need help.. the employees there are over the top Great! You talk about knowing your job, doing outstanding work, high quality and pride in doing the job best they can!
    You can tell the Store Manger is also doing outstanding work. The employees always say how they love their jobs and they boss is great to work for. I have personally worked with store manger Cory Thompson on many many projects. He cares about every customer that walks in his store. Busy as store manger’s are he always takes time to help us customers. If I had to pick the best staples…
    Well the Great Falls one it Amazing!
    Just a note I have worked for this Staples many years ago and many of my family through out the state. We all Pick Great Falls!!!

  • Great Job! Melissa & Darian Staples Associates - Hanford Store

    Just wanted to leave a comment here regarding the great customer service provided by these two Staples associates.

    I am a frequent flyer at Staples for business. - They both made my last trip very pleasant and enjoyable! I had a very large print order and came in a couple times to finalize the order. Melissa was patient with my order and provided helpful answers to all my questions. Very Polite, soft spoken, and great to work with. Also, she went above and beyond by suggesting applicable coupons that are available for me to save on my purchases all on their new Staples Easy Reward app. I was impatient but she explained the benefits of the rewards and I’m grateful I listened! Thank you Melissa!

    I left with 6 cases of water at a fraction of the price. At the checkout, Since I was new to the Easy Rewards Darian made an intentional effort to see if there’s any additional points/rewards I am eligible. She was polite and helpful. Thank you Darian!

    Staples is always a great store to shop. It has the products I want. I enjoy shopping around there. The available facilities and personnel that help with copying, shredding, advising, and shopping makes for a worthwhile experience. The personnel are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is a good place to recycle batteries and other items. I will continue to shop at Staples.

  • Exceptional customer service!

    Jesus, one of the sales managers, at the Irvine location is so friendly, professional, informative, helpful, and funny! My husband and I came in to buy an office chair and he was so kind and made the shopping experience so wonderful. I would come back again specifically to this store over and over again for the exceptional customer service that was demonstrated by Jesus today!

  • Customer-Oriented

    Outstanding and engaging staff. Bryan Parker, GM and his assistant, Nancy, as well as the print and copy staff, especially Dakota, have always made sure all my needs were met. While waiting for copies to be made, I had the feeling of being in an old store, where everyone was an acknowledgment coming in and going out. Conversation between customer and staff was high-grade octane, over the top as good as it gets!

    For having a small staff, noticed employees did little finger-pointing or verbal directions. They actually walked alongside the client to take them to the location to find what s/he came to get.

    An amazing, professional, welcoming and friendly environment. A great model for the retail industry.

  • Quality!

    Staples sells a great variety of goods for businesses as well as for a home office. The prices are very good. I love that Staples takes specific items for recycling too. You can get the list on line. You can help the environment and get Staples credit for future purchases. Staples is a win-win.
  • Shopping is okay. Notifications are spammy

    The shopping experience in this app is OK. It’s not the greatest, but I suppose that’s understandable. Given the number of products at the store actually sells and the limited number of categories. My problem with this app right now is that I can’t seem to get it to stop spamming me with notifications for random promotions. I’ve turned off the all of the available notification options in the app, including ones for promotions, but it’s still giving them to me. It does it even after I’ve logged out of the app. I guess I’m going to have to uninstall.

  • If you know you have a problem, please fix it

    Update: After a trip to the store (where they couldn’t help) and an email to customer service, I was able to get this app working. In case you have the same problem where you get stuck on an intro screen with no x in sight, try logging in on a computer to choose your extra point options. Then magically the app works. They are aware of the problem with an x not showing on the screen, but so far haven’t fixed it. Sigh. Also, the bouncing ball/logo opening of the app takes way longer than it should. Lots of room for improvement, but for now, I’m changing this review from one star to three, mainly because I got help that actually worked, which I appreciate, even if it was annoying and time-consuming. *** Initial review: After having Staples sales associates badger me to download the app, it’s stuck on a welcome screen telling me about three great features of the app. Not thrilled that there is no way out of limbo, even with closing the app and reopening it. Not a great experience, Staples!

  • New computer!

    I walked into the Staples in Lebanon Pa with my old computer to be repaired. They replaced the hard drive, but didn’t fix the problem so they said it was the motherboard. Due to the age of the old computer I decided it was time for a new computer. After the representative informed me what was available, and what was the best fit for my needs and all the features on the computer I decided to purchase it. After two years the computer stopped working, and service department said it didn’t have a hard drive. I wasn’t informed of this when I purchased the computer new, and it cannot be repaired. So I currently don’t have a very high rating for Staples!
