Not working well
Dear mtn I don’t know why this application keep draining my battery percentage and it makes my phone hot immediately I delete it everything back to normal please do something about it
Fix my sim
You stupid app broke my SIM card I can’t use it for anything even call or text message or to even check my account balance, fix my sim and fix your stupid app or take it out of here
SMS OTP on iPad
App requires an OTP for registration or switching profiles which can only be received via sms, the sim is being used in an iPad which doesn’t receive sms so can’t use the app. Other means to receive OTP would make it possible to use.
A lot of work need to be done!!!
This app needs a lot of work, like a lot. Please whoever the developers are should work on this app, so many things is wrong with this app

Frustrating
The app keeps signing out and I have to restart the sign in process almost everytime I wanna make use of it

App not opening
I just installed the app on my iPhone and I tried opening it but it just pops the MTN logo and closes. I’ve tried it over and over again but it’s still the same thing, pls work more on the app; it’s not very good now that’s why I’m giving it 1 star

This is total nonsense it can’t even process a request.

If you are having bank app issues too then don’t download this app very useless in my opinion they take your money without crediting your line
Unable to login
I have been trying to login into this app with my phone number, but I am unable to login and it keeps popping up errors. Please try to resolve it. Thanks
