Please refund my money

I recharged 5k worth of airtime on the app through USSD and my bank account has been debited still yet i haven’t received any airtime and I’m beginning to feel very uncomfortable about this for almost a half hour

Restore otp send to email or alternate number

This MyMTN ng app only allows one to receive otp via text to the number. My number is being used inside WiFi so I cannot read otp. They should restore send to email or alternate number.

2. When I last contacted you, you suggested getting otp from my WiFi. Unfortunately I cannot. Zte mf927u will not allow me to check sms because sms is full. It just keeps scrolling and has to be closed buy force

Do Not Download

Are y’all nuts? I literally can’t see my airtime balance nor data balance on the application at all. This has to be the most useless app on my phone

MTN not giving what you pay for.

I topped up 10 K last week via the app and it did not reflect on my number but was debited from my bank so I had to top up another 10 K that did show but now I’m chasing up the 10 K that hasn’t been credited I phoned last week and MTN said wait 48 hours and the problem will be resolved nothing happen so I phoned again today and they said they’ll put me through to Supervisor on the line for 20 minutes waiting for the supervisor to pick up with no progress ..still 10 K short on using this app still waiting for a solution ..MTN stealing my money.

I Don’t understand this new update

Please this app has been working fine till I updated it… it keeps loading none stop and keep draining my battery…
Please you guys should fix this

The update is trash

Many errors on the screen from this update, you can’t even subscribe to a data bundle with the app it will keep bring error and even unable you to click on the pay button that old version was much better than this trash have been using this app for months and I know what I’m saying, I don’t know if you guys didn’t test run it before lunch it

Refresh issue

The new app do not refresh at all. One has to re-lunch the app before it can be used. Thank you.

Bad

I use an IOS phone and everytime I waste my sub to download the app but it doesn’t open. I thought with the upgrade it would change but it’s the same thing. I’m tired. I want to know if it’s only my phone because I don’t understand

Unable to start app

I just installed the app and it’s not opening.... it automatically closes when I click on the app

Sometimes you people just choose not to allow user to login or work on the account
