WORKING ON IT OFTEN

The app is the most useless app I’ve even seen,if y’all know you don’t know how build app why telling us to delete the previous one ? I think they should work on it I can’t even get inside the app today, it not going

App Session Expiry

App logs out after a few days. It is difficult to keep getting OTP when used for MIFI and Routers. Why is it designed to behave in this way? Not user friendly. Learn from Airtel App!

Y'ello Mai Alooma, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly link your MiFi number to your primary MTN number to conveniently switch between accounts. Tap add linked number on the dashboard to link your MiFi number. Thank you for choosing MTN.

Needs work

I hate having to log on again and again. Especially on the iPad . You need to remove the sim and put in a phone to receive the OTP. They should provide the option of OTP through email.

Total Disappointment ( MTN Nigeria )

First the Navigation is bad Secondly the interface is poorly designed Control placement don’t work, one will have to tap several times before it responds Connection between interfaces/pages takes forever for a standalone app Notifications takes you to the website instead of the app. My suggestion is first fire whoever approved this app and the designer. Take 90 days break, have this redesigned and have it properly under a testing process within a user and developer environment. Before deployment to the general public. Also an update should be implemented every 45 to 60 days by accessing user review suggestions and difficulties.

D worse app so far

This app keep crashing when trying to open it this is the most useless stupid app so far I installed it and uninstalled it like 5 times still not working rubbish unless app

Not Ready For Prime Time

After downloading, it flashes and disappeared. Tried multiple deletes and reinstall with same outcome. Tried on iPhone 6 and new iPhone 14 pro, same results

They should bring back the old app this one I can’t subscribe on it and i can’t share data which is why I downloaded it it’s telling me I don’t have enough data while I have much
