VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! FIX YOUR APP

A friend used my app to access her sim and I logged her out few days after to use my number on this app, but when I put my number and receive OTP on my number , I still see her account when I log in with my details and I realized that my email has been linked to her account.

I’ve called MTN customer support center more than 6 times in the last 2 days and they keep saying they can’t assist me because the app they need is down , went to the MTN walk-in center and it’s as if the whole city is there to fix one thing or the other.

Because Nigeria is a corrupt nation the people in charge don’t care how much this telecommunication companies mess up and get away with it, upon making Billions in Nigeria.. MTN is still unable to assist customers Online or provide adequate infrastructure to resolve customer issues, WoW!!!!

Dear MTN please Fix this App, it’s beginning to look like a scam in the open!!!!
Anyone who still wants to use this App should take my advice and let it be or rather switch to the next available service…


This is the worst app I’ve ever installed on my phone and I wonder why MTN is still running on version 1.4 upon making Billions of Dollars in Africa??? MTN WHY?

Please I have big issue which can seriously lead me to stop using your network, I’m using my mtn sim card for the past 15 years but recently the sim card got lost and i went straight to one of your branches in Kano state to swap the sim back, they did everything and gave me new sim card but when I reached house insert it the sim was unable to show network, immediately I go back to them in fact I even went to Kano head office but they’re telling me that is someone picture not mine in the profile, but the details, name, date of birth and everything is mine, it’s just the picture which I don’t know how, because I did the sim registration my self, I linked my NIN to it, and even my BVN is linked to that number. So please
Kindly help me out, I can’t take it anymore, this is serious please.

VERY USELESS

I do believe that you, the developer, can do something better, if not the best, but at the time of writing this review, I have never seen a useless àpò like this app.

VERY USELESS. APP STORES, KINDLY REMOVE IT UNLESS AN IMPROVEMENT ON THE APPLICATION.

Worst app

This is the worst app I’ve ever come across. Talking about how big MTN is this app is the worst any network business could ever think of having. I can’t do data from there it’s not just functional for anything. Please improve!!!

Nonsense application

Am sick and tired of this nonsense app, if I don’t have data I can access it, and most time I need it for emergency, like today have been trying to recharge from it for the past 25hrs now is not working…

Useless

They are just the same with or without the app, the app waste time , show a lot of error before it even opens what you want it to open, even their awoof is a lie, you can imagine I am typing this review today Tuesday and the app is showing me 6days 11hours 36minutes before I can do the Tuesday awoof ,it’s not like I have done it at all, mtn app is just useless in general

Mtn app not letting my number logging in

Dear mtn this app has been getting on my nerves because this evening I’ve been trying to log in to my mtn app ng to buy the Tuesday awoof plan of 5gb for 500 before the day runs out but it’s not letting me log my phone number in I’ve been trying this 6pm now it’s 9pm yet it still doesn’t work this is really annoying because very soon the plan won’t be available you all should try and fix this problem
Rather than wasting one’s precious it’s annoying.

Requires you have data

The only dumb thing I’ve noticed and the app is, it requires you have data before you can do any activities on it. Say i run out of data and i want to recharge using the app, i can’t, yet they solicit you use the app more often for your recharge. Stupid initiative!

Terrible!

Crazy that on the app I know I have recharge card, but it doesn’t let me sub. You mean I have to remove my sim from my router to pay manually? What did I download the app in the first place?. Just useless!!!!
