Account Login issues

Logged another account in my App on my device. After I logged out I logged in my account with my phone number received otp but my account is now showing the previous account name and number but my email address and every other data is mine. But some how it not my phone number

The app is empty there is no where to discontinue monthly subscription of mobile data since text to 131 is not working

It doesn't stay long it

The app doesn't stay logged in as a result I am unable to check my data balance hence it's not user-friendly and very frustratingng.

Your network on mtn app is bad

In my honest opinion, I think customer should be able to log in mtn app without having data but No is your own case, even if the person data is low before it can go through Nah Wahala, do you even think about it, letโ€™s use PalmPay as example, anytime you log in to palmpay app, youโ€™ll be given 2mb for free to operate their app, thatโ€™s even a bank app oooo, talk less of you network app, canโ€™t you see is a big shame on you and the way you exhaust people subscription is so alarming, what exactly is ur problem, Shey nah we dey pay Nigeria debt niii๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜’Repent oooo, change for good coz as you Dey do like this, Curse fit kill ur company ๐Ÿ˜ก.

Need more upgrade

Account balance is not showing on this app, youโ€™ll have to go back to your phone and dial *556# before you can see how much is remaining in your account, you can only see the bonus amount. And sometimes for some reasons this app will not just open.
