Illegal access to private data (Privacy violations)
This app should be removed from the AppStore because it has access to phone contacts with no way to remove it. Be careful as it has a read access to phone numbers on your mobile directly from the app itself. This in turn means MTN and it’s developers have access to your information. I recommend uninstalling it till this access is rectified. Privacy violations

I have not been able to login to the app for hours and i need to topup. Prior to now the app has been fit for purpose. So this is disappointing

I used to love this app until recently.
Each time I open the app to do something. It’ll forcefully show me the recharge button. If I want to recharge, I know where to go to. You don’t have to put it in my face every time. Now it doesn’t even show the recharge button anymore, but it hangs, and I can’t even do what I want to do. Please look into this.

Late OTP delivery
You need a OTP code to log in. Code expires in 10mins but you get it in 20mins. Either extend the expiry time line of the OTP or make sure it is delivered on time

Upgrade now
Logging to myMtnapp means I want to transact or probably buy data. So telling me to upgrade my app by force without putting the “ upgrade later” feature is trash. Imagine me logging to the app to buy data and you mandate me to upgrade my app. Please tell me, with which data? It’s annoying. It’s funny how I can’t do anything else on the app if I don’t upgrade.

I had zero data bought a 6 month package and then even 12 hrs later has not been credited to my linked number.

App is good but I can’t buy airtime online with card.
I have tried several times to top up my airtime using my bank card with difficulty. I usually ask my family members to buy and transfer to me😧 I don’t know why it’s difficult to buy. Maybe now that Apple Pay has been activated I will be able to buy with it when next I want to top up.
