Update bug

The new update has a bug in it. When you try to check other data bundle balance the app force close. When you try clicking on certain areas of the app it force closes as well. It all started with the latest update. Please fix it or roll back the late update asap. Thanks

The most useless APP

The MTN app is the most useless app and unreliable app ever.
So reason I’m giving this review is because as I’ve said earlier, the app is useless because it just doesn’t work and it doesn’t do anything.
It always freezes up and even when it doesn’t freeze up, it’ll take you back to registration every single time I and still freeze up.

I’m sure you can do better MTN.

Limited usability

This app almost never works. It is extremely difficult to use any of the features and it constantly logs me out of the app. When I try to log in, it shows a service error. You guys should fix your app please

MTN Everywhere You Go! still remains my favorite

The MTN mobile App is nice and also one of the best Network services in Nigeria, it makes it easy for me to do so many things without using the Bank app. Things like buying of Airtime, Data, Subscribing and even to shear Data with my loved ones?

Minimal Security !!

I love this app no doubt ! But imagine someone has access to your phone , it isn’t protected. The developers did a good job with the app except for the fact that there is no security settings at all !
What I suggest is an update on this in which users can decide wether to turn on : pattern, pin , Face ID , Touch ID , fingerprint and so on.
