FIX THE ISSUE OF HAVING TO LOGIN EVERYDAY

When it comes to user experience and good interface it is top notch but the app needs a lot of upgrade when it comes to performance starting from having issues with purchasing data and other customer services, and most especially having to login into the app everyday(it’s annoying) you only have to login once in other ISP apps. Apart from these issues it’s really a nice app

Great App and user friendly

But my complain is why is it that the app automatically logs me out after some hours of logging in. This is very frustrating as I will have to request for a new otp to login again, I don’t know if it a bug or that’s how it was designed. Pls try to fix this bug because it’s very frustrating for the user. If the purpose is for the app security why not replace it with a password instead of requesting for new OTP every time. Thanks

Fix your App

I get issues of buying data from your app almost everyday which is so annoying, a whole MTN app is not even easy to access anytime , each time I manage to buy data from the app it’s takes hour before I get the data or I’ll have to chat the customer service before I was issued the data, that’s not really fair you know

Fix your App or will delete both app and your network sim ✌️❤️

Very useless and frustrating app..doesn’t not worth a star

Ur app is useless always fluctuating..sometimes I can’t see my data balance sometimes it goes from 1gb to zero and wont connect to the internet and then comes back sometime I will buy data from this stupid app and I won’t get it until I report the transaction severely to my bank for refund ..I did the Tuesday off and I didn’t get data I paid for till I laid several complains before I get Just 2.5gb after I paid for the offer which is 5gb..I’m deleting this app cus it useless just consuming data and space on my phone

Fix the bugs or the errors on your app

I don’t know other network service provider app don’t at up the way myMTN app does you make a purchase on digital bundle it doesn’t go when it does work mostly someone don’t get data then what’s the essence of the app I don’t know if you guys do it on purpose or you make the app available when you wish too I’m sorry I’m rating the app everyday same issue sometimes the app won’t show your balance what what with the you have high do fix your app cuz I’m really sure I’m not the only one

Complaints about this app

I tried to open my Mtn app it keeps on loading deleted it, installed it again yet it doesn’t open. Please if the creation of this app was to make transactions easy for the consumer/customers then all our reviews should be taken in consideration. Definitely the popularly used network is MTN in Nigeria so having issues with the app is dissatisfying and disappointing also. If the management can see to this discomforting problems it will help everyone.

Problematic application

This app occasionally has issues that result in a battery drain. When that happ, you’d see that your battery keeps draining despite being plugged on and charging. Deleting the app will usually fix the problem.

Annoying App

Very annoying App, session keeps expiring and requesting a sign in every fortnight.

Most Useless App!

This is the most useless app I’ve ever seen in my entire existence. I wonder why an app made my telecommunication company that sells data to people will be data dependent. Make it make sense, I need to buy data before I can access the app to buy a data. What if I’m in a place where I can’t get internet to connect to before I can get to buy data?

The interface is poorly design to the stage that you can’t even navigate your way around the app easily

Should I even talk about how I can’t get to view both my airtime balance and data balance after I’ve deleted the app and downloaded the app for the 2624th time in order to see maybe there will be change..

I could have sworn MTN doesn’t rate its user fr because there’s no amount of complaint I’ve not made

This app is the next worst thing after death of a relatives

FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a data plan that requires transfer(digital bundle) since Thursday and I made the transfer and I’m yet to receive my data even as at now…

This happens every time I purchase the data that I have to call the customer service and it takes hours before I eventually get the data

This time is different I’ve purchased this data bundle I’ve made the transfer I didn’t get the data,I called the customer care they told me to wait for 24hrs I waited from 24 hours to more than 72 hours now I’ve not received the data

And all they can tell me now is that the transaction wasn’t successful that I should visit my bank,even after sharing the receipt of the transaction with them they still insist on me visiting my bank……

My experience on this app hasn’t not been a pleasant one because if the customer service was good they would have detected immediately if the transaction was successful or not and not telling me to wait for hours only to end up telling me that the transaction wasn’t successful…….what if I needed to do something urgent with the data!!!! And I’ve very certain that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue……

Issues like this need immediate intervention please
