Unbelievable service
I’ve been in this train about 5 times and I truly love it, the service is superb, the bathrooms are always clean. The train is always clean and all the rules announced are respected. Last, the waiting service are super duper service from Miami to Orlando and from Orlando to Miami. I highly recommend Brightline to all Floridians and those from out of town. 100 stars for Brightline !!! Appreciate you !!!

There is a trick to it
Great app but if your session times out of you add another card along side your Brightline credit, you are going to have to wait a few minutes to re-attempt a Prichard with the credit. Other than that-great app
Brightline Boca
Not only is this station always clean the staff are so polite and friendly. I’ve encountered two separate managers that went above and beyond to help me with issues with online bookings. Highly recommend using the train and this station.
Rental cars at Adventura station
Be aware that the Avis Rental car location is across the street from the Brightline station at the Adventura Mall, and you can not cross the road to get to the mall. You have to take an Uber to get to the Avis car rental office. Wasn’t too much of a pain and Uber was quick both times but was not aware of this when we booked our car.

Brightline!
It was my first time taking Brightline. I really enjoyed it. I had SMART class. It was very comfortable. I needed to use the app to manage my tickets. It was very useful to see what time I arrive and come back. I departed from Miami to Orlando, it took two and a half hours to make my destination to and from. That’s way this app is Zachy recommended.

I have been doing business in downtown Miami for over 18 years, the day the Brightline opened, was the beginning, of me, never driving back to Miami again.
No traffic, jams, no scary, crazy drivers, no question as to whether or not the express lane will be open or closed randomly, the Brightline has changed all of that. Clean,modern,fast,effective great comfort and 35 minutes pretty much on the dot. From

Great ride
I have taken Brightline 6 times now from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. Everyone from entering the terminal to the train has always been very nice and helpful. I’m 65 and travel alone so the peace of mind of not driving plus sitting back having a drink and relaxing is the way to go. Since Brightline started service to Orlando I have not driven once!

Super easy to book tickets. Once you arrive at the station, you literally are checked through and at waiting area in less than 10 minutes. Snacks and beverages available. Accessing the train is easy. The seats are comfortable and riding is so relaxing.
