    Using the Purevis 2 is so so nice! // Pls add the option to use a darkmode theme in the app + Add live interactive widgets pls :) * Also the water logging seems inaccurate. I drank about 9oz of water before midnight yet nothing logged. I took a tiny sip (1oz) of water a few hours later, and it logged 10oz all at once, even though 9oz of that was consumed before midnight
    + Perhaps have the app auto switch to the next day of tracking once you drink water? currently it logs water on the correct day, but you have to manually move to the next day to few current tracking each day, or force quit the app and reopen

  • Products are phenomenal, app is meh

    The products themselves are 11/10, would recommend. We have a few of the original pureVis bottles, a pitcher, and the new PureVis 2.0 bottle. All are excellent.
    The hydration tracker in the app is a neat idea, but it could use some refinement for accuracy. I used it today for the first time, and it registered about a quarter of the water I drank from the PureVis 2 bottle. It was the most accurate while I was running on a treadmill, so the pick up & put down movements were most exaggerated, so maybe the sensitivity of the sensors is too low during normal drinking or something. Regardless, it’s a cool idea and I hope they continue to hone the accuracy.
  • Love it for the most part.

    I love the subscription and the app. The only issue I’ve had is when I moved and had to change my address. Changing my address did not update my subscription delivery. Two of my filter orders wound up going to my old address.
  • Great design and finctionality

    Had the Larq pitcher for over a year and so far it has been functioning well. Its a thoughtfully designed product which helps fit into daily use seamlessly.

    In terms of output, the water has a neutral taste which hopefully is free of contaminants as advertised.
  • New to Larq

    I have had my LARQ water pitcher for five months. I love the filtration design. To be frank, though, I don’t know much about it. The app seems to work pretty well. I carry the water pitcher with me when I travel.
  • app doesn’t work

    This pitcher is useless if the app doesn’t work. Otherwise, I can just get a different and cheaper system. But the water is good and the idea is good. It just doesn’t work. the app looks nothing like the stats shown in the picture. It is offline 99.9% of the time. I have to physically go re-pair it to check the battery. It’s not tracking the filter. So what’s the point? I can get a cheaper pitcher and write the replacement date on a memo pad cause that’s what I have to do here. There’s no notification to recharge the battery or replace the filter.

    And, if there is a fix, since I see a lot of other people have had the same issue, why aren’t you posting it in the FAQ??? Or even here?

    We're sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the LARQ App. The LARQ Pitcher connects to the LARQ App via Bluetooth. Your phone must be in the same room and close enough to your LARQ Pitcher in order for the device to pair. Unfortunately, this means that the app won't connect to the LARQ Pitcher if the pitcher is in the refrigerator, in a different room, or too far away from you.   • Larq water bottle

    Am I able to connect my larq water bottle to the app? I’ve been trying to, but it doesn’t work. Is the app only for the pitcher?

    Love LARQ❣️ Have had it for more than a year - easy to fill, clean, change filter, charge - no problems. Way better than ANY of the others I’ve owned. Brilliant - simply brilliant❣️
  • Smooth and silky water

    I love my LARQ. I thought my other filtered water system provided great water. LARQ is hands down producing better tasting water. I drink a lot of water and consider myself an H2O snob. This water tastes smooth and silky. I know water is wet but this tastes wetter. I’m giving this for holiday gifts this season. Cheers!
