Product map adjust stock
I never write reviews, but I just wanted to say I love the app, but I want the old stock adjusting view back.
The stock level bars with color coding labels that correlate to how full or empty a row may be is essential.
Also Moma made the words smaller or something because it’s harder for my eyes to quickly adjust stocks.Show lessTHGvend

We'll consider adding back the visual quantity indicator, but for now, the greyed-out Plus button shows when stock is full. Need more help? The app won’t allow remote price change. It asks codes but doesn’t work. It keeps changing product price that were manually put in. Then on the app, it will say a different machine price but no way to remotely control/change the numbers to reflect correctly. Very inconvenient to manage the vending machine. We have to continuously make sure it’s charging customers correctly. Very frustrating!!!!Show lessS.Vending

I love the convenience of the app for its ‘on the go’ access, stock management and reporting. A few tweaks and it would be fantastic! Some functions are time inefficient, inaccurate or troublesome but overall it makes life a whole lot easier (especially once you understand the cons and can therefore adjust expectations and practicesShow lessMissMarmalade1

The idea of the app is great and can be such a helpful tool in machine management but the lack of refinement is painful.
It can take up to 10mins for a product stock adjustment to save. It’s not uncommon for changes to product prices or names to be reverted for no apparent reason after saving or errors appearing when trying to save a change to a product. These are all common problems
I’d happily give this app 5 stars but at times feel like it causes more difficulty then a more basic form of a similar conceptShow lessLightchoppp

This can do it all. Takes a little bit to set up, but once you do, the information it can provide is priceless. Sales, product sold, inventory, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.jdin47274

For probably over a year the app has been useless to me. Sure it tells me when I have a vend but it is an unknown item. All I see is a price. I have reached out numerous times via email which they say to do and get no response.
I tried to figure out what’s wrong by using “Nayax University” well the help they have there is for their old configuration, not the “new improved updated” that I am forced to suffer with.

Restarting won’t fix it
