  • Needs work for sure

    Having a lot of issues.

    I have four machines that i needed to configure MBD codes for.

    1 machine is giving the code Zero for all snacks and also saying all cash sales are .25c. Luckily thats not the truth.

    2nd machines keeps saying $655.26 in cash has been added after every transaction

    And the other 2 machines wont let me see Free Vends so that I can get all of my machines MDB codes to match with which products they are.

    Im a bit stressed. Not to mention the sales take 30 min to show up

  • Seems like it’s still in beta

    MOMA 2.0 seems like it’s still in beta. I was in the beta and the beta version didn’t even work. This one works. On the machine dashboard screen the amount of money the machine has made isn’t always accurate. Also, they took away the slider for filling the machine and replaced it with a plus button. This looks like a step in the right direction but it needs some final tweaking. Please don’t force us to use this yet.

  • A step backwards

    1. Not intuitive.
    2. What was the reason for change?
    3. If the reason was to improve the app - where is the improvements??
    4. In my view - only added to complexity, especially when a guide or “help” function can not be found…..
    BTW - “help” function was/is not needed for the current version!!!

  • Dashboard doesn’t update

    Looks nice but the most basic thing- how much was sold- isn’t updating correctly and makes the whole thing kinda…… pointless. Meanwhile the old app had problems but at least would update- but that’s going out of service tomorrow. This app will show all inventory and sales but can’t properly add them up. Seems like a pretty basic thing to have functioning before launch…..

  • Not clear instructions

    Doesn’t seem to be user friendly. Tried using my login from previous app which didn’t work , so I hit the other option to set up and a barcode appears. Yeah for what?
    Even if it’s self explanatory to some , me being an other it’s not.
  • Wont use until they fix this

    Inaccurate information displayed and have watched videos on how to use with no assistance. Going to uninstall until I am forced to use this prematurely launched app.
  • Need fixes

    When updating stock any MDB code that has a zero it automatically says invalid and won’t save. Several machines contain “0” as an actual MDB code. Does my drivers no good until updated. Only issue I’ve found thus far and only have had it downloaded 20mins tops.
  • Ehhh

    The look is nice and for the most part I like the idea but it’s terrible with updates and just doesn’t function well
  • Remote payment processing without remote monitoring

    This app is pretty crucial to the underlying value proposition of this business but seems like an afterthought that is only intermittently updated and filled with bugs.

    I like the new look…however I cannot see cashless vend numbers…they are all zero. Not seeing a setting for this
