  • Decent Application

    It’s a good app, much better than previous avatar. The app shows clear sales breakdown day to day, weekly, monthly and yearly.

    Sales transaction from each machine is also clear and updates fairly throughout the day.

    The app needs some improvement in Alerts.
    ‘Product failed to be dispensed’ alert when it comes up it should specify for which machine the alert occured. Juggling through 15-20 machines is a hassel.

  • What a rubbish upgrade

    Upgrades are supposed to be just that, UP grades, not down grades. Probably would have been a good idea to make sure 2.0 worked before dumping it on us and taking away the old version that actually did what it was supposed to.
  • Major issues

    Like another has said
    Every time the app opens it opens settings….why as nothing can be done.
    Have now deleted this app
  • Please fix.

    Every time I open the app, it force opens my settings app for me to do something. I’ve tried checking and unchecking every setting so it never does it again but it keeps happening.

    Moma service is very poor & im so disappointed. Your app. is not working & haven’t been working for weeks. I would not recommend this app.

    The old version is way much better and I still use it on my iPhone and never use moma2.00
  • Moma 1.0 was fine it just needed a few tweaks

    The developers should’ve kept 1.0 and tweaked it. The way 2.0 is set up, it’s harder to navigate for those route drivers that aren’t tech savvy. The developers outside the US don’t understand that our brains don’t necessarily think like those from other countries. Keep it simple, don’t complicate it. 2.0 can be great but the developers need to configure the pages similar to 1.0. I suggest you call me so that I can help you.   • AWFUL

    I hate this app. It constantly shows erroneous messages: time/dates, cost of products, wrong MDB codes. More times than not, it’s not working at all and sends an error message which takes hours to resolve. Most users still have to use the old app, bugs and all to make sense of this NEW one. What’s worse is that the actual machine manufacturer, Nayax is unresponsive and usually unable to resolved system issues with this app.

  • Annoying

    This app is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever used! The developers are coming up with new version all the time and still noting works. Numbers are never correct on my vending machine which makes it extremely difficult to run my business! I think everyone who works here doesn’t know what they are doing and they should all fire themselves and go back to school! Can we please get some qualified tech who know how to program!

  • Great and makes things a lot simpler

    This is much better than the previous app. UI is more friendly. I can now check this everyday and gives all the important info at first glance. Couple of small bugs/annoyances to address:
    - when the app first starts, it opens up the Settings so I have to switch back to the app, kind of annoying
    - the order of the stock is not sorted and appears to be random. Would be great if it was the same order as the website
