  • Was great. Glitchy and unreliable now and expensive!!

    Started off great. Product map updates took 5-10 minutes. Now it jumbles everything up, fills it up to 100% randomly, goes back to previous quantities after saving, adds multiples of one product when we only have one and so on.
    Makes an easy task very time consuming.
    One star for what it has the potential for but lately doesn’t deserve any.
    Get your act together MOMA/Nayax.
    You charge us a boatload to use this system so users expect top notch service and reliability. Get after it. Competition is coming to the market and they look very attractive.

  • Annoying

    Extremely annoying constantly got a server problem, can never update stock. Changes pictures

  • Unstable after update

    Most recent update major problems. Reverts back to low stock after hitting save multiple times. Then it snaps back to the top. Can literally see it go from filled to empty on the screen.

    Was told newest update fixed but more unstable that ever. If I could revert back to 3 versions ago I would as this version is unusable and makes filling machines a frustrating process.

  • Newest update major problem

    Snaps back to top after hitting save vs stay where it was making filling the machine infuriating. Doesn’t do it every time but more often then not. Also, doesn’t actually save many times so have to try it all over again. Please resolve as this was not an issue until the last update! Newest update worked for a while but is now more unstable than ever. Can fill an item, save & an exit out. Then literally watch it snap back to old quantity many times over. Sometimes have to do 3-4 times to finally get it to take. If I could back date to 2-3 updates ago I would since this is nearly unusable and a frustrating experience every machine!

  • Last Update No Good

    The last update seems to have caused an issue with trying to fill products in the app. It will allow you to select and item, and fill the selection but not save the changes. The app also will occasionally go from the selection you are on back to the top of the product selection. This now takes several attempts to fill a machine via the app, as selections do not save or the app forces you to start over.

    Newest update seemed to stabilize the app. SnapBack only happened once so far.

  • App just keeps getting better!

    This is the first time I’ve ever left a review on an app lol but I must day, credit where it’s due.

    When I first downloaded the app 12 months ago it was alright but missing lots of features that I’d love to see.

    Over the last 12 months there has been very very regular updates on the app and it has a tone of new features. The app has pretty much everything I was hoping for but it’s good to see the dev team are working hard on bringing new features to the app every week.

    Only thing left I’d love to see, is Notification’s for when someone uses a machine with a “Cha Ching” sound effect like Shopify 😂😂

    Great work on the app and I’m keen to keep seeing how it improves!

  • What happened with the latest update

    I’m not sure what happened with this last update but there are more issues this time then there was before. The most pressing being it gets stuck buffering when trying to open the app, makes it difficult to work with if it won’t even open.

    Hi KMC0211, picklist editing is possible on MoMa, on the picklist view screen, click on the pencil button to enter the edit mode. As for the machine notes, it's a great suggestion that we will consider. Thank you for the review.
  • So far..

    Haven’t been using this long but so far everything is going great and helps us streamline or process and makes in more efficient.
