STUCK ON MOMA LOADING SCREEN
Please fix this. Cannot seem to report a problem to developer. So I will report it here in a review.
The loading screen just stays there and never goes into the app. Need to get this fixed ASAP!Developer Response

The app’s performance is choppy and slow since the last update. Transitions between screens is very choppy. The app is also updating data slower and with less consistency as before the update.
Beyond the latest issues, the app is very useful to my business.Developer Response

The app is good when it works. There is a lot that can be done on the mobile app. Clear instructions should be provided for those who are new to vending. Communication if any problems arise could be a lot better. Hence the 4 starsDeveloper Response

Overall it’s a good app, but I wish some of the “Last Alerts” were more detailed. And it would be nice if there was a dark color mode for nighttime use.Developer Response

I did not enjoy my time at the museum extremely boringGood insights into your vending machines
This app gives eyes to running a vending business, where before you didn’t know what to bring or what was sold this app gives you “eyes’” into the machine. Know what sold, what vends didn’t drop and most importantly whether someone was charged or not.
It is helped me when a customer has called saying the machine took their money and they didn’t receive the product. I was able to look and see that they weren’t charged and assure them that they would not be charged. And encourage them to go vend the same product again.
This also helps with filling the machine as you can see how many of each item is needed. My favorite feature is the dashboard were you can see how much money you’ve made on each machine on a daily basis! So satisfying!Show lessDeveloper Response
