I own one machine at my business and manage it myself. I do not keep up actively with inventory or anything like that. I basically just use this to check daily sales and other info. Works great for my needs. Also like the alerts to let me know if any issues.wolfesbu

There are some small issues but for the most part works accurately. It would be nice if there was an option to make notes and edit the pick listsKMC0211

Hi KMC0211, picklist editing is possible on MoMa, on the picklist view screen, click on the pencil button to enter the edit mode. As for the machine notes, it's a great suggestion that we will consider. Thank you for the review.Great app

Horrible Company
I’ve been trying to reach the us finance department at Nayax for 6 months to no reply. Ive emailed a Jennifer there who is purposely not responding to my email. You cant use a business bank account to use their credit card processors. When she sent me an email, that took 3 months to arrive after I told her that the credit card sales money was not dropping into my account, I replied to her within the hour and 3 months later they still have our money locked up and are still receiving payments from our vending machine and wont release it.
Dont know whos in charge but very poor customer service department Id give it a negative -F if I could. They have a call back service that takes about 3 hours to return your call and then the person that calls doesn’t work in the finance department thus can only relay a message (email) to the mediocre agents thats already ignoring me. I want to go to another company but problem, Nayax (horrible) and Cantaloupe are the only two shows in town. They literally will probably keep my money forever. I can get the cash sales but most of the transactions are credit. We’re losing money by the day. If you know another company besides these two, RUN to them. Nayax and Cantaloupe know zilch about customer service.Show lessTre4ADay
