Scam alert FRAUD!!! WONT CLOSE ACCOUNT CREDIT AFFECT
All the positive reviews seem so fake as my entire group who came with me to US at the same time had such a bad experience with them. The developer only responds to positive reviews and simply ask to drop a mail on negative ones without any solution later. I dont know if its the zolve or scammers getting their hands on access to zolve 2 years ago after completing clearing any balance and closing the account i have started getting suspicious messages and emails saying there is balance left and it needs to be paid within 1 hour only in cash form, i have been getting these messages from numerous different people
We all applied to shut down our accounts and they have still got our accounts stuck and been sending nasty threatening messages emails from multiple numbers
WHILE LOOKING INTO THEIR POLICIES THEY HAVE BEEN DOING PRETTY SHADY STUFF WHICH IS JUMPING A LOT OF LEGAL STEPS BERY FISHY AND FRAUDULENT SIMPLY PAY $5 per month to Bank of America student account and save yourself from this scam

Worst Bank Ever - They Stole My Money!
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! This is by far the most untrustworthy, deceitful, and corrupt bank I have ever dealt with. They stole a large sum of my money without any valid explanation. Customer service is a joke – every time I call, I’m either put on hold for hours or given the runaround by clueless reps who just want to pass the buck.
The bank has failed miserably in resolving my issue. I’ve provided all the documentation they requested, yet they continue to dodge responsibility and refuse to give me MY MONEY BACK. It’s absolutely disgraceful how a company can legally operate like this.
Save yourself the nightmare and stay FAR AWAY from this bank! They are nothing but scammers hiding behind the label of a legitimate business. STAY AWAY if you value your money and sanity!

Worst experience ever I got
Don’t trust this app and Zolve. My issue was I uploaded my documents clearly and correctly but even though I still haven’t received my card and they don’t even have a customer service number they only chat with you with some automated messages and if I ask them about my card status they just say that we are sorry we are in high demand you are on our waitlist it’s been 1 month they were saying this to me and top of that they ask for your patience but in real they will test your patience. My friend has applied after me but he got his card immediately after the documentation process but I haven’t received till now. Please don’t prefer this instead prefer American Express credit card that is really a good one.

Lack of Assistance
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Zolve has been disappointing. Despite encountering a significant issue with a transaction, the support team has not provided adequate assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I have received no meaningful response or support from Zolve. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and customer care from a service that I once trusted. As a loyal user, I expected better from Zolve. However, their failure to address my concerns has left me feeling frustrated. I hope that Zolve will take steps to improve their customer support and address issues promptly in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to others.

Zolve is the answer
Arrived in the US and was checking for banks or financial institutions that i can open a bank account. I stumbled wiith Zolve on reddit and immediately checked it out. By reading the details i was convinced since zolve is offering a checking account plus a credit builder card and it comes with a virtual debit card. At first i wasn’t able to move forward with my application due to an issue on my address, but zolve team rectify the issue and was able to obtain a checking account, a virtual debit card, and a azpire credit builder card. Was able to utilize my account by using apple pay. Was able to utilized my checking account and connected my account with zelle venmo and paypal. Btw I was having no luck on receiving my actual Aspire Card and it took 3months. Zolve team was able to help me and received my card on a jiffy. Zolve’s service recovery is a top notch. Highly recommended for students, non-immigrant/immigrants who dont have ssn.

Unauthorized access/transaction
Hi friends its my second time i have lost around 800$ . Previously it was 900$ refunded after 4 weeks of struggle i got my money back and my card was blocked . It was informed that my card is block and its not for any use further .
The scammer who scammed me 900$ used my card again so i texted them like they are trying again to attempt transaction they said like there will be no payment made from your old card we blocked it .later next week there was around 800$ was used by some x person (unauthorized transaction) . These people dont gave control over there data and our data is stolen from there database i think . Its been more tham 3 days i didnt get any response from there end .
Please dont use zolve

A Savior for us!
We shifted from India to US and no bank was ready to open an account. They were asking for a lot of IDs like SSN, DL etc. Ofcourse that was gonna take sometime and we needed a bank account here so that we could transfer our funds from India to support us for our initial setup here. After a lot of research, we came across Zolve. Initially we were a little hesitant to transfer big amount as the process of signing up on Zolve seemed too good to be true. But after using the card and the account for 10-15 days, we transferred our funds from India to our Zolve account. Even that process was super smooth with Zolve. P.S. Really helpful app and totally trustworthy. Would recommend to all! Thanks Zolve Team, you guys are doing great work. ✌️

Worst bank service
It is the worst bank service that they give to the customers, they won’t respond to the customers properly. They want their money to be paid on time if not they will call us and threaten the customers that they will report to the credit bureau..but they won’t do their job properly. They will write in their own portals that they will transfer money to India with in 24 hours but they won’t do it as they say. Instead if we ask them to resolve the issue, they won’t do it.
It is the worst service that I ever experienced in my life.
If there is anyone who want to open a Zolve account, I will definitely recommend not to do so. Referring zolve to someone is like worst thing.

Really recommended for people going abroad
This app is easy to use. And you get your bank account and credit account in a day without any hassle. The app is smooth, works as expected. You don’t have to go open a account in US, this just works fine. Although do open a account there officially. And keep both. Anyways, great work guys
