Delayed flight pickup
Many thanks to Apex and my driver Sorin.
My BA flight from Capetown, was delayed from Fri evening take off, until 4:30am Sunday morning.
Apex were contacted and accepted the changed pick up time, without quibbling. They then tracked the flight, as it was delayed yet again and sent me messages and called me as I landed, to assure me they were there.
Sorin was a exactly where he told me he would be in Terminal 5 for my meet and greet and was a great conversationalist on my way home.
A very pleasant ending to a very fraught 48 hrs.

Apex- highly recommend
Was looking for a service for airport drop offs and came across Apex. They’re definitely my go-to service now. Communication is effective and excellent- one of my flights back was delayed and they knew all about it and were there to take me home.
