I have been following Brian Johnson since 2016 and now to have his wisdom at my fingertips is even more life-changing.
I begin the day powerfully and consciously setting my targets in energy, work and love. This really is how to play the game of life and play it well and ultimately make it a masterpiece.
My family and I are already more connected as we share our targets and encourage each other.
The theory component feels like Brian is right there with you, guiding and encouraging. When I was feeling discouraged I found tools for courage that changed my mindset and my response instantly.

Just participated in the app launch party, and already changed my lock and Home Screen to the virtue compass (Apple Watch too). I am thrilled at the Heroic vision for the future, both short-term and long-term.
