Love this app! The visuals, colours used, font everything makes it extremely easy to use. I love the concept of taking aim and firing that arrow and hitting the target each time I take an action towards my identity. And how it celebrates with you when you are at target! Who knew I’d be doing burpee’s running up many flights of stairs and making sure I perform my actions so that I can shoot that arrow! Very motivating!Show lessSuedeQi

App Awesomeness!
I just stumbled onto Brian Johnson and his Optimize content a few months ago. It was soooo good that I enrolled in his Optimize Coaching program. So when the opportunity to get the app came around, I didn’t hesitate to jump on it. It brings all of his great content down to the practical, real world level. Great design for living a great life!
I’ve been a fan of Brian’s work for many years. Recently, I’ve been looking for a coach that would improve my performance, particularly in work and love. I went back to Optimize, and found Heroic! Turns theory into practice
Like a lot of people I struggled to consistently take action on all the amazing wisdom from personal development books and courses. Then I found Optimize which really helped to organise it into a workable structure. That was pretty amazing just by itself but now! There is the Heroic App! This takes everything and simplifies it into simply daily habits. I’ve used it every day since it was released and since then I’ve consistently done things that I always ‘wanted’ to do but never somehow made time for. The top 2 were journaling and meditation. But it’s so much more than that… every day I am going through a super quick few taps to remind myself and to commit to who I want to be, what virtues I want to live by and the actions and protocols I will employ to be that best version of myself. It takes a lot of work to create a platform that feels as simple as this. Effortless to understand and create your own personal protocol. Behind the simplicity is thousands of years of ancient wisdom and thousands of hours of modern science that you would take years to find on your own. At first glance, this app will require some “heavy lifting” in setting up an optimal life. It’s a process, a “give and take” of what works and what adds friction. That is the point of creating a heroic life. As you progress values will change or be enhanced and some targets will remain core and you will experiment with others to continue on the path. Will it be easy let’s hope not because if it is your not stretching your potential.
To quote Jerzy Gregorek: “Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.”
I just turned 60 and I am more fit and healthy than at 50. Why? I have followed Brian Johnson’s work for past 3+ years and by taking responsibility for my life I am flourishing as I enter the final third of my “go around on this big blue marble”.

From an APP snob…this is friggin’ AWESOME
I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to apps so I wasn’t sure what to expect from Heroic. But I know Brian and his work so I should’ve known that this was gonna be an absolutely phenomenal app. From the consistent beautiful branding which is easy on the eyes to the excellent use of optimize tools for prompts to set up the big three, anyone can get up and running in minutes to solidly improve key aspects of work, energy, life. By utilizing outstanding tools to improve their day, week year and life and focusing on the right things, look out!!!
