If you’re deciding to get connected to Brian Johnson and his Optimize Coach or Heroic JUST Jump in. I’ve been learning from, growing with, and helping others learn from Brian’s work since 2010 when I first discovered Philosophers Notes. His wisdom and his methods are by far the easiest to understand, digest and put into action. I was in the Optimize Coach 1 program and got “certified” and even completed a Spartan Race at age 55. The strength for two theory rings strong not only in body strength but in your soul force strength. The world Needs you now to learn a better way of living. The world needs you to live in Arete. So stop deciding to do it some day just do it now. You will love life like you never did before. Much Love!

I was in his very first coaching class and really just expected it to be like many others I’d completed over the years. I figured I’d pick up a couple new tools for my toolbox and that’d be about it. Boy was I WRONG!
It went so much deeper and more impactful than any of the others I’d paid 5X as much for. It was so much more than learning a bunch of tools and theories, it was about becoming my absolute best in every way possible from the inside out. When I first “met” Brian Johnson 10 years ago I was (and still am) so impressed by his big heart and ability to pull together so much wisdom in one place and share it with all of us. As a student of Love, Leadership and Personal Development for over 40 years no one, in my mind, has done what Bri does. Pulling together from all the great minds throughout history, from yesterday & today - to help us be our best selves is just amazing… The new Heroic Training App is a tool for the ages. I am so impressed with how this App pulls together, in a seamless and practical way all of Brian and his teams work. I learned about Brian nd his work in October 2020, and instantly recognized that the system he proposed for living your best life was the piece I was missing. During 2021 I was part of his coach class IV, and it became my best year yet (also the year I turned 50) with 10+ half marathons with a personal best, a personal best on the 5K, a complete change in my eating habits that allowed me to drop 9kg’s in 4 months without feeling hungry a single day, better sleep through mouth taping (you will learn more about it) and such a more powerful and resourceful mindset, all while thriving in my work and as a family. The Heroic team has built an app that’s so compelling, it has already changed my life (in just the first five days). I have become more kind, more loving, more committed, more energized, and the difference has been noted by my loved ones!
I have given more hugs, said more “I Love You’s”, banged out more burpees, and curtailed caffeine and alcohol like never before. I’ve surprised friends with voice notes of appreciation and delivered several random acts of kindness. I truly am a better person today, because I’ve been using Heroic consistently.
Heroic is now the most important app on my iPhone. Hands down. Not even my meditation apps or sleep apps have changed my behavior and mindset as masterfully as Heroic. Heroic sits on my Home Screen, right next to Optimize, Oura, and Day One (my fav journaling app).
Each day, Heroic reminds me of who I want to become (e.g. the most Heroic version of myself), helps me identify the virtues (honesty, love, persistence, etc.) that I hope to embody, and holds me accountable by highlighting the various goals / targets / habits that I deem important on this heroic quest.

This is the kind of app I’ve been waiting for my entire life! Heroic has built something that has already helped me become a better person and I strongly believe deep down it will do the same for many, many people all over the world.
Everyday I look forward to doing the things I commit to in the morning so I can go into the app and pull the arrow back and get the rush of hitting another target!
That plus all of the wisdom from Brian Johnson in Basic Training. The toolbox of ways to apply what you learn. Oh and the most beautiful compass I’ve ever seen helping you live with virtue. I mean, what else can you ask for?!? 😁
