Brian has changed my life
I'm a Brian Johnson Fanboy and if I could give this app 12/10, I would.
I am constantly astounded by his ability to just not consume so much information and not only condense it, but also make it so accessible and applicable.
I have been following Brian for over a decade, and found his work while searching for my second mountain. I had started and grown a business to nine figures, and came to a place in my life, where I was asking myself what's next.
Optimize for me and now heroic and heroic coach has been my second mountain. Even with a PhD in sports and performance psychology, the impact I have had on clients using heroic coach, and the incredible community we have built supporting men's mental health has allowed me to find my second mountain. Life changing
Most of us know what we need to do be our best selves. So why do we rarely do it. For me it was structure. Heroic is a mental, emotional and psychological framework to structure what I need to do to be who I want to be.
The app helps you identify the virtues of your best self and the daily targets that move you towards that goal.
The secret sauce is how the app creates an almost addictive urge to meet those goals daily by the interactive ‘swipe - done’ and cumulative counter of consecutive days complete.
Achievable and sustainable daily goals that push us just outside our comfort zone, when completed daily, have had a huge cumulative effect over time.
The above added to by the almost endless resources of distilled literature from Brian and the light of the people in this private community makes this one of my greatest assets for success in daily life.

It is difficult to have a bad day when you keep this consistently. Love the virtues and actions. I have more energy, am calmer and am crushing it in other areas of my life.
