  • App freezes

    Over the last couple of weeks the App has been freezing not allowing me to input any data. Not worth the cost if I cannot enter data to monitor trends. 🥴maybe they will see this review and fix it.

  • Really frustrating app

    The app apparently doesn’t believe in leftovers; it doesn’t seem to let you add the same meal two days in a row. Search results will vary quite a bit. If I search for, for example, Brussel Sprouts (and every possible variation), the search results tomorrow will not be the same search results I got today. There are multiple recipes with the exact same name and photo, but the ingredients are slightly different. The more I use this app, the more irritating it gets.

  • App will not work

    I downloaded and paid for 6 months. It will not download meal plan or shopping list which is pretty much the reason I downloaded it. Nothing I do fixes it and they will not issue me a refund. I would not download this app!

  • It doesn’t work

    I signed up for a trial, it didn’t work so I moved in, now they are charging me and I caught the charge on the same day and told them I did now want to renew and I wanted to cancel and have a refund. They refused. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. Seems like an overall scam.

  • Medication tracking

    The app needs to offer more options for drug frequency. I have a drug I take every two weeks that I’d like to get reminders for, but that frequency isn’t an option.

  • Much better health/food apps exist for FREE

    I don’t see where this app adds anything that I don’t already have. My Fitness pal is much better
    Logging food, exercise and health statistics. This app really doesn’t do anything and charges $11 month???

  • Not a good app IMO

    The app crashes on me so much so, that I am giving up even though I have invested in the program for 6 months. The frustration isn’t worth it.

  • Scam. Charged my account after I canceled.

    After the initial download of this app, I canceled it through the IOS. I also deleted the app from my phone. Last week, I received a charge to my card, I initially did not know what it was for because it showed Kilo Health. I reached out to the support to inquire and realized it was for Cardi Health. That's when I realized the subscription was canceled through my phone after the initial use and advised them. This company will not refund my money which is a scam because I canceled as the directions on their own website states and they still charged my card.

  • Horrible app

    I forgot my password and have tried to reset it dozens of times. But the email with the “password reset” link never comes. They don’t have phone or chat support to get help in real time, so the only way to try to get help is through email which is ridiculous and the delay is so very frustrating. They don’t give you a case number so every time they respond to your emails the CSR is not reading the history. I’ve been given the same advice (that doesn’t work) over and over… like checking my spam folder when it is a problem on their end. The password reset link is just not being sent even though they think it is. This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. I can’t access my account as I can’t reset my password.

  • Unclear

    Hard to follow program, constant recommendation to upgrade to better meal plan or exercise routine, though those two things were supposed to come with my subscription. Felt like they were withholding plans or something. Had purchased a 4 month subscription that was then put on auto renew. Typically I have found if you don’t want the auto renewal, you cancel the subscription - but you usually get to at least finish the initial part that was paid for. In this case, I cancelled to avoid the auto renewal and was just locked out. So, I lost the initial 4 month membership I paid for. Lesson learned.
