  • Better meal choices

    I love the app and the meal generator but I hate how limited I am in changing a meal. You and me buy a whole bunch of asparagus for on one meal in week. I tried to find other meals with asparagus but there wasn’t an option. On top of that the same breakfast foods come up as a dinner choice when I want to change what you came up with. I’ve paid for this service and it needs more attention.

  • Workouts

    I love the app however wondering if I’m missing something…there is no music or countdown clocks to let you know when to start/complete an exercise. I have to constantly look at the phone which prohibits good form. I’ve checked all around the app for settings to fix. Any help?

  • Worst app ever!

    This app was awful . Couldn’t log in, tried making three different accounts, none worked. Had to get support involved. Cancelled my account, received a refund and then months later get a bill again! They offered to give me half a refund for my troubles. There are many other apps out there that are better than this one. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Your response is ridiculous. I worked for a week with a support person to cancel this app back in December and was told I’d receive a full refund. Unbeknownst to me a double account was created and I wasn’t billed until March. Now when contacting support I’m told I can’t get a refund for an account I didn’t know I had. What a run around. Worst support ever. Do not use this app. You will have better results with WW, Noom or a bp reading app. Cardi took my money and refuses to refund me for an account I never knew existed then sends a swarmy, inaccurate response to save face. You want to save face? Process my full refund.

  • Scam

    The “membership” does not include mealplans. Mealplans are an extra fee, but if you fall into that trap, beware! The extra fee you pay for mealplans is NOT for the duration of your membership… it is ONLY for 30 days with no price-lock guarantee should you wish to keep paying to add it every 30 days.
  • Monitor works well but info doesn’t download to app

    I contacted customer service. Suggested I should remove the app and download it again. I did this even though I had the latest version. Both my iPhone and device show that I am paired, but my readings are not transferring over. Defeats the purpose of paying for the app if I’m having to manually enter all of my readings
  • Great Customer Service!

    This ended up being something I would not use enough to warrant the price so I cancelled.

    Usually, I am told that there are no refunds. Not only are they kind and responsive, they gave me a refund.

    Go ahead and sign up. They stand behind their product.

  • Monitor useless

    Can’t link monitor to the app. There is no option for that. I was excited for it all linking. But nothing.

    After emailing with the company it turns out some accounts can’t purchase the monitor. There is no option on mine. Because of this, I used my husband’s account to purchase one. I cannot link it to mine still. It can only be linked to his, which means when he cancels his account the monitor can never be connected to another device.
  • Update

    The problem was finally fixed and I am able to get food plans. Thank you.

    I can add my bp but it will not give me the food plan which I need. I paid for a year and can’t even use it. I wrote help and got no response. Stay away from this one.

    Not a good start when the email states to use the same credentials used to sign up. I signed up through Facebook link- it took me to take my payment not problem but once I downloaded this AP to set up my account - I cannot log in. If I set up as a new account - look, it wants payment.

    So far, not impressed.
  • Not worth the price

    This app on its own doesn’t suit my needs. You have to pay extra for the most useful features. Requesting a full refund w/in 14 days of purchase and expect pushback on this based on other reviews I have seen.
