  • It’s ok… you need patience for this app

    The app is very frustrating time to time. For instance sometimes when taking a survey it will stop the survey and say that you qualify for a completely different survey and you can’t continue the one that you were working on. Or you get an error message and have to quit the survey without any rewards. seriously needs an update hope this helps!

  • Whizzing Screens

    I like ipsos and received plenty of vouchers over the years. But this app is terrible both on iPhone and iPad. The screen seems to keep swiping away mid survey and I lose all my hard work thus far. I don’t know why there is an option to swipe out of survey & back to dashboard. The screen must be super sensitive & detects the shadow of my hand then whizzes out of survey. Happening regularly so ditching the app now & just doing it old school again - via internet & not app.

  • Scammers

    I have been with this company for about 5-6 months. Very baised surveys. Require lot of personal information all the time. Payout is slow specially paypal. Points are always missing. Surveys end suddenly after almost completing it. Many other issues but the most important point here is that they TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT suddenly without giving you any notice even though the agreement says that they need to give you 10 days notice prior to termination so that you can redeem your points. So your account will be terminated without giving you any reason and you cannot redeem your points. Please stay away from these scammers.

  • Scam. Do not use they take your info no cashout No compensation

    Took my information and made me do surveys for nothing. Now I have points in my acc but won’t let me cash out. Support is useless and blankly admitted and terminated my account. So beware of this scam and fake reviews. Ill be sticking to Qmee now. Much better then this bs and better payout.

  • Love the app

    It’s legit I got paid £5 for a go gift card and got instantly after doing some surveys but you have to wait 4 days after making account to redeem just wish you offer more surveys please

  • Couldn’t even get a survey

    I completed the registration process and answered all their demographic questions. I waited for over a month and was told there were no surveys available for me. I wouldn’t even bother with the whole registration process because you’re not even going to be able to fill out surveys to get the rewards.

  • Why is this even an app?

    It doesn’t work… like at all. Won’t let me do ANYTHING at all! Please, hire someone good at their job to fix this app, because I really do enjoy doing your surveys, when they are working! Please take this criticism and fix the bugs!
  • Not worth your time

    You will literally spend days doing surveys to achieve any useable rewards. Most surveys that say you can “earn up to” 100 points gives you 5.
