One ticket per purchase

I hate that you can’t buy more than one ticket at a time and have to pay the fee each time. It would be fine if you want to charge a fee based on the value of tickets you buy, but I don’t like spending the time to make several transactions. If there was a shopping cart, it would save so much time.

For example, you can only buy one $20 powerball ticket. It adds a fee and then you check out. Then you have to go back in and start all over again to buy another ticket.

Extremely slow getting scratch offs

I recently discovered another app that I really like, but when I reach the daily limit, I switch to this app. However, it takes up to 2 hours to receive a scratch-off ticket here, whereas on the other app I use, it only takes a maximum of 10 minutes. Additionally, the screen freezes when I try to scratch off the ticket. Takes awhile for it to show up on the screen. Restarting my phone doesn't seem to fix the issue either. If your playing high limit tickets, don’t plan on being on for very long.

SCAMMMMM! Stole my ticket

I use lotto for several months. I had a few winning tickets and I sent two tickets and they ended up stealing my tickets. The money reflects as pending in my bank account and the tickets are emailed to you so I have proof that I purchased two tickets but for some reason, one of them was set up as a subscription and as a previous customer, I’ve made several purchases and never set up a subscription before so that was not done on my end and the other ticket is just not reflecting in my account and to get further information even though I already feel very untrustworthy with this company. They are requesting my phone number date of birth address everything that I need to file taxes basically do not use this app. This is a complete scam.

Purchase function fails

More often than not, the app allows you to find your account, select tickets to purchase, identify your location, and review your purchase, but when it comes time to process your payment, the button does not work and the app freezes. This has been happening g for weeks now. I have submitted help tickets, but have yet to receive a response. I’ve reloaded the app, reset my iPhone, and updated my iOS…nothing helps the situation.

So easy!

I often want to get a ticket when the jackpot gets bigger and then forget to stop on my way home from work. Lotto ensures I can get a ticket when I think about it and without the need to get in the car.

Convenient but unrealiable

This app is so hit or miss. I only ever buy tickets on my phone in my house, and half the time it tells me it can’t verify my location. This didn’t used to be an issue until we traveled out of state this summer and it started messing up after we returned home. Customer support says to try these four things:
Different web browser
Different internet connection
Different devices (phone, desktop computer, laptop)
Different physical location
I work from home, I will not leave the house just to try a different location. If I’m going to do that, I may as well just buy a lottery ticket in the store and save on the hefty fees it costs to use the app.

Trying a different Internet connection… once again, I work from home, and there is no other Internet connection.

The only other option is using my PC but I’ve never done that and don’t care to figure it out. I use my phone and the app for the convenience and the steep fees reflect the convenience of it.

I will probably just stop playing lotto. I do it for fun, but having it tell me it can’t verify my location 50% of the time has really started to be frustrating. Hopefully they can get their app fixed because it’s not fun anymore.

Too much information

I’ve been using this services for a long time, no problems, smooth sailing and even recommended it to my friends Then just recently, they also want me to provide my checking/ debit card information. I’ve been using my credit card for ALL transaction because it has fraud protection, instead of vendors having direct access to our checking information. So this gave me pause…

Hello. Thank you for your review. Lotto.com uses an automatic proprietary process, certified by a third party, to scratch and scan these tickets and provide them to our customers digitally. Once an order has been processed, an email is sent out to let you know the tickets are ready to be scratched and viewed on your Lotto.com account. If you have any additional questions feel free to message us here or email us at success@lotto.com.

It’s okay but could be better

A little bummed there’s not really an option to scratch the ticket like you normally would. It zooms in too much on the ticket and it has this auto scratch feature so it’s less satisfying to those who enjoy the scratching part. Also, there support isn’t the most helpful, I’ll start by saying it was my fault I mistakenly typed in my backing account number in both fields for the payout instead of the routing number but refusing to even help with anything was a little dissatisfying. I sent them proof and they figured out what happened but couldn’t stop/cxl the transaction? Also, comparing this to Jackpocket, lotto has a much higher wait time, it doesn’t let you fund your account in case you want to split payments between cards. If you use your winnings on lotto to purchase another ticket, you still have to pay a convenience fee where on Jackpocket you don’t. Overall Jackpocket is a much better app for playing.

Misleading and kind of pointless

I bought my first scratch ticket over 12 hours ago and am still waiting for it to process. The whole point of an app is convenience is it not? I would rather just go to a gas station at this point instead of having to beg their awful bot chat help system to just process my order. Very frustrating.
