Good at first, now won’t work

I enjoyed this app at first and made several purchases on it. All of a sudden, it’s unable to locate me (even though I’m sitting in the exact same spot on my couch where I made my previous purchases), which results in not being able to make purchases. Customer service was no help. It seems like this would be a relatively easy thing to check to see why their location services aren’t working for me, but apparently it’s a ton of red tape that just isn’t worth it for me. Jackpocket is an app that’s just a good, and I’ve had no issues with it…I recommend giving it a try.

I like it that it’s so conveniently easy to use , and if you have winning few numbers it will show up and then they have you your winning amount already in your account . I am so pleased to have this app . I’m not a lotto fanatic but sometimes when friends are talking about big big amount of prizes I somehow likes to get some numbers too . Who knows ! It’s like one in a million right ? Who knows 🥸good luck to all

Winnings!

Not only have I won scratch-offs, but I've also won multiple times in a row. I play in person and on the app, spending on the same tickets. I can say that I have won a lot more on this app. Also, customer service is very helpful. I had an issue with a scratch-off where there was a glitch and it didn't capture my winnings. They were able to send my winnings within an hour of reaching out to them.

Love this!

Super convenient (with a fee) and won several times. The scratch tickets sell out quickly and you can only play $20 games. Also it would be nice to have some $10 games on there as well. Haven’t ran into any issues with the app.

Waiting to play

Right now I am waiting to play. Unfortunately, the app is not opening and I have a $50 balance on this account. This is the second time this has occurred. after this, it will leave me no other choice, but to switch to another app with less issues.

Don’t buy scratch offs

Do not buy scratch offs on this app you will never win, not sure how it works once you purchase a scratch off if a random convenient store pulls it but I feel like they scan it to see if it’s a win or loss and sell it to you, I literally spent hundreds and never win only made exactly what I paid on one and lost all other purchases. It’s not worth it trust me this is only good for buying lotto tickets.

Once an order has been processed, an email is sent out to let you know the tickets are ready to be scratched and viewed on your Lotto.com account. Lotto good not great yet

please find a way to reset passwords my account is locked out and resetting passwords is a hassle i’ve asked over 7 times still not able to get in my account it shouldn’t be this hard to reset a password jackpocket would never.

We have problems with login password!!!

Easy to use but it doesn’t always open

I have been playing for months. It’s easy to replay you custom numbers, track winnings, use quick picks, transfer winnings or use the winnings against the next play however the app has some issues after a play to open. Like a previous review, when opening the app all I get is a white screen. It has taken hours to get in or I have uninstalled to reinstall the app. I did check to see if there was an update that I needed to download but there wasn’t.

They removed the re-order feature and replaced it with a subscription

This app was fine, but it’s now extremely inconvenient if you want to play the same numbers as a previous order. Your only option for that is to sign up for a subscription to those numbers, which removes your control over whether you want to participate in each drawing.
