Thank you for your feedback. When you have a winning ticket, your funds are automatically placed in your Lotto.com account and you can use our online banking transfer feature to claim your winnings. Please note that if you make any additional purchases your winnings will automatically be applied to your purchase. To see if you used your winnings to make additional purchases please be sure to check your transaction history. If you would like us to review that for you we are available 7 days a week by emailing us at success@lotto.com.

After I uploaded my info to them it took much longer than any app to verify.
They’re clearly understaffed and probably going bankrupted soon. STAY AWAY!
