Horrible App.
Why would a non working app be created? You aren’t able to go past the “sending you a link” operation of the app process. Horrible idea. Tennessee needs to remove this option immediately.
Verification did not work
Attempted to register by entering my phone number which is supposed to send a verification link…after multiple attempts, no link, no error message - nothing!
Waste of time!!
After battling about a month to get the app to work. I was told by my local dmv to call Nashville. So I did and spent 30mins on the phone only to be told there’s nothing they can do and I would have to go to dmv. Don’t waste your time!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!
I’d give it a 0 if I could
First thing you’re supposed to do is put in your cell # to have your identity confirmed. Nothing. Over and over and over and over and over again. Nothing. Literally the worst. Biggest waste of time ever.
Worst app ever
I was takin the test online on a laptop and it kicked me out. It said something about an acceptance thing and I only had 2 minute to scan a QR code and it wouldn’t work so it kicked me out and I had only 9 questions left
Worked great for us
This app done what it was supposed to do, and saved us from having to complete the process at the DMV, done the test online and just had to carry correct documents to DMV and have the final requirements completed, saved waiting time at the DMV.
No email
It has been almost 2 weeks, and I did not receive any email after my daughter completed the test. There's no point in taking this test, it's a waste of time if they won't send the email to take to the dmv.
Never got the email after my son passed
My son used this method the take the test for his permit and after it said passed he clicked on the “finish” link. The instructions say I (the parent) would receive an email with further instructions on what to do next. It is now the next day and no email so I guess I will be calling the dmv. The entire point of this I thought was to save our time and the time of the people working at the dmv. If I’m able to update my review after figuring this all out I will.

NOTIFICATIONS WILL KICK YOU OUT OF THE TEST
i took the test on my laptop and it literally kicked me out of the test because i clicked the “x” on the and it said “exited test window” or something like that. not only that this is the second time it has happened. extremely upset cause i studied hard for it now i have to wait to take it at the actual department. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NOTIFICATIONS ARE OFF ON YOUR BE LAPTOP OR IT WILL KICK YOU OUT
